The only home which they had, their natural environment is a field of ash now.

Animals can just run away or survive burned with illnes till death. Now is a time when they need a help of humans! Without us, animals such a koala are threatened with extinction.

Australijska Organizacja Ochrony Zwierząt, jej celem jest zbadanie i ujawnienie okrucieństwa wobec zwierząt. Reprezentuje ona 40 grup praw zwierząt w całej Australii.

Who are they?

They are Australia's leading animal protection organisation. Their investigations and campaigns are recognised the world over. They represent 40 group of Animal Rights all around the country.

Jaki jest cel zbiórki? Jakie działania?

Zapewniają natychmiastowe wsparcie doświadczonym weterynarzom zajmującym się dziką fauną i florą w podróżowaniu do zniszczonych przez pożary obszarów - gdzie pomagają zwierzętom, które przeżyły, i zapewniają lokalnym opiekunom dzikich zwierząt wsparcie i zasoby, których potrzebują. Przekazują również bardzo potrzebne fundusze bezpośrednio grupom, weterynarzom i osobom pomagającym zwierzętom w regionach najbardziej dotkniętych kryzysem. Będą również pomagać w zaspokajaniu długoterminowych potrzeb dotkniętych dzikich zwierząt, które straciły swoje siedliska i pożywienie.

They are providing immediate support to expert wildlife vets to travel to fire-devastated areas - where they are helping any surviving animals, and ensuring local wildlife carers have the support and resources they need. They are also channelling much-needed funds directly to groups, vets and individuals helping animals in the hardest hit regions. They will also be assisting with the longer-term needs of affected wildlife, who have lost their habitats and their food
