Nasi drodzy przyjaciele. Tegoroczne prace przy Prestole zakończyły się. Zapłacilśmy pełną kwotę pełną za pracę, by nie stracić dofinasowania z urzędów państwowych. Ponieważ ze zbirki w internecie nie udało się do dzisiaj zebrać potrzebnej kwoty, musieliśmy zaciągnąć pożyczkę licząc, że uda się nam do końca stycznia 2022r. uzbierać brakujące 8000zł. W obecnej sytuacji pandemicznej jak wiecie ceny rosną, również za prace konserwatorów i materiały. To co udało się zrobić w tym roku za ustalona kwotę, zapewne w przyszłym roku kosztowało by dużo więcej. Wdzięczni jesteśmy wszystkim za dotychczasowe wsparcie. Dla naszej nielicznej parafii to ogromna pomoc. Liczymy, że przy Waszym dalszym wsparciu uda się nam brakująca kwotę uzbierać. Wiosną 2022r., Prestoł zostanie zmontowany w całości.

Our dearest Friends! This year’s works on Prestole has been completed. We paid the full amount for it so that we would not lose funding from state offices. However, since we have not managed to raise the necessary amount from the online fundraiser, we had to take out a loan, hoping that we would be able to gain the missing PLN 8,000 by the end of the January 2022. Because of the current pandemic situation, prices are still rising – also these of conservators work and materials. What we managed to do this year for a definite amount, probably would cost much more next year. We are grateful for everyone’s support so far. It is a really great help for our small parish. We hope that with your continued support, we will be able to collect the missing money. In spring 2022, Prestol will be fully assembled.

W ubiegłym roku nasze prace zakończyły się sukcesem, to także Wasza zasługa. Zebrane wówczas pieniądze pozwoliły zakończyć pierwszy etap prac. Od kilkunastu lat nieliczna miejscowa społeczność łemkowska, skupiona wokół cerkwi prawosławnej św. Michała Archanioła, czyni starania o przeprowadzenie kompleksowych prac remontowych świątyni. Co roku, dzięki zaangażowaniu wielu osób i instytucji, udaje się poddać konserwacji część wyposażenia i malowideł.
W tym roku kontynuujemy nasze prace. Ponownie udało się nam pozyskać z Urzędu Gminy w Osieku Jasielskim i Podkarpackiego Urzędu Ochrony Zabytków dotacje na zakończenie konserwacji Prestołu (ołtarza) w kwocie 44 000zł, co stanowi 60% kwoty planowanych prac do realizacji. Do zapięcia budżetu brakuje nam ponownie 20 000zł (5200 USD).
Tegoroczne prace polegają na działaniach przede wszystkim estetycznych, które pozwolą na złożenie Prestołu na właściwym sobie miejscu, Poszczególne elementy będą poddane złoceniom i scaleniom kolorystycznym. Dlatego postanowiliśmy zwrócić się z gorącą prośba o pomoc do Was ponownie. Liczymy na Waszą szczodrość i wsparcie. Jeżeli nie uda nam się zebrać brakującej kwoty, dotacje z Urzędów będziemy zmuszeni zwrócić.

Last year, our work was successful – and it is also your merit. The money collected at that time allowed us to complete the first stage of work. For several years a small local Lemko community, concentrated around the Orthodox Church of St. Michael the Archangel, have been making efforts to carry out comprehensive renovation works of the temple. Every year, thanks to the involvement of many people and institutions, it is possible to restore some equipment and paintings.
This year we are continuing our works. Again, we managed to obtain grants for completing the conservation of Prestol (altar). We got amount of PLN 44,000 from the Municipal Office in Osiek Jasielski and the Office for the Protection of Monuments of Podkarpacie voivodeship, which constitutes 60% of the amount of works planned to be carried out. We need to close the budget again with PLN 20,000 (USD 5,200).
This year's work consists of primarily aesthetic activities, which will allow the Prestol to be put in its right place. Individual elements will be gilded and color merged. That is why we decided to ask you for help again. We count on your generosity and support. If we fail to collect the missing amount, we will have to return the subsidies from the Offices.
