Nazywam się Alisa Kisielewska i jestem pianistką klasyczną. Obecnie kończę studia magisterskie na Akademii Muzycznej im. Krzysztofa Pendereckiego w Krakowie.

W marcu tego roku zostałam przyjęta na wymarzony program Professional Studies Certificate in Piano Performance w San Francisco Conservatory of Music w USA - jednej z najbardziej prestiżowych uczelni muzycznych na świecie. Po serii egzaminów i przesłuchań otrzymałam również 90% stypendium na czesne.

Moja droga do San Francisco zaczęła się jednak dużo wcześniej.

Dwa lata temu zostałam zaproszona na prestiżowy festiwal pianistyczny „Art of the Piano” w San Francisco, gdzie znalazłam się w gronie 20 młodych pianistów z całego świata. To doświadczenie całkowicie zmieniło moją perspektywę i utwierdziło mnie w przekonaniu, że właśnie tam chcę rozwijać się dalej jako artystka.

Dziś stoję przed ogromną szansą, ale także ogromnym wyzwaniem finansowym.

Mimo wielkiego wsparcia ze strony uczelni, koszty rozpoczęcia życia i studiów w San Francisco nadal przekraczają moje możliwości finansowe. Utrzymuję się samodzielnie, dlatego zbiórka ma pomóc mi pokryć brakującą część czesnego oraz pierwsze miesiące życia w USA (zakwaterowanie, ubezpieczenie zdrowotne i podstawowe koszty utrzymania)

Muzyka jest całym moim życiem. Jestem laureatką ponad 20 międzynarodowych konkursów ‚ regularnie koncertuję i staram się reprezentować polską kulturę na całym świecie. Wyjazd do San Francisco to dla mnie nie tylko spełnienie marzenia, ale przede wszystkim szansa na dalszy rozwój artystyczny i zawodowy.

Każde wsparcie, nawet najmniejsze, ma dla mnie ogromne znaczenie i realnie przybliża mnie do możliwości rozpoczęcia studiów już w sierpniu tego roku.

Hello!

My name is Alisa Kisielewska, and I am a classical pianist currently completing my Master’s degree at the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Kraków, Poland.

In March this year, I was accepted into the Professional Studies Certificate in Piano Performance program at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in the United States - one of the most prestigious music schools in the world. After a series of auditions and examinations, I was also awarded a 90% tuition scholarship.

However, my journey to San Francisco began much earlier.

Two years ago, I was invited to participate in the prestigious piano festival “Art of the Piano” in San Francisco, where I was selected as one of only 20 young pianists from around the world. That experience completely changed my perspective and confirmed that this is where I want to continue growing as an artist.

Today, I am standing before an incredible opportunity, but also a major financial challenge.

Despite the generous support from the school, the cost of starting my studies and life in San Francisco still exceeds my financial possibilities. I support myself independently, which is why this fundraiser is intended to help cover the remaining tuition costs as well as the first months of living in the United States, including housing, health insurance, and basic living expenses.

Music is my entire life. I am a laureate of more than 20 international competitions, regularly perform in concerts, and always strive to represent Polish culture around the world. Moving to San Francisco is not only the fulfillment of a dream for me, but above all an opportunity for further artistic and professional development.

Every contribution, even the smallest one, means an enormous amount to me and genuinely brings me closer to being able to begin my studies this August.
