Trenować każdy może, trochę lepiej, lub trochę gorzej, bo nie o to chodzi jak....kto biega, ważne, że biega z gRUN. Nasze treningi odbywają się dwa razy w tygodniu, we wtorki i czwartki o godz.20.00 a spotykamy się przed stadionem Lecha przy Lokomotywie. Przez wiele miesięcy trenowaliśmy razem z trenerem, który przygotowywał nas pod kątem siły biegowej do różnorakich startów, który finansowany był z pieniędzy pozyskanych z projektów zewnętrznych. W tym roku nie otrzymaliśmy grantu finansowego i sami musimy sobie poradzić ze zdobyciem środków. Dlatego też prosimy Was o pomoc byśmy mogli od listopada ruszyć przebojem z treningami pod wiosenny sezon.
