The aim of the fundraiser is to collect as much money as possible to cover educational activities for digitally excluded children.

These children are beneficiaries of the Hakersi project, conducted by the Sarigato Foundation. The foundation’s mission is to ensure equal access to modern education - including technological education - and to support young people by providing the tools, knowledge, and encouragement they need to face life’s many challenges. The Hakersi project not only offers technological education but also nurtures children’s skills, creativity, cooperation, curiosity, motivation, and passions. It brings out the best in young people and boosts their self-esteem.

Our goal is to raise as much as we can to support those in need. Every contribution makes a difference, and together, we can create a bigger impact.

About the Hakersi project

The Sarigato Foundation has successfully managed the Hakersi project since 2016, with a mission to support the personal, social, and cultural development of children and young people, particularly those at risk of digital exclusion. Over the years, we have built proven educational models and processes that ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery.

As of December 2024, we have supported over 3000 children from 283 institutions and organizations across Poland, including youth from disadvantaged backgrounds and refugee children from Ukraine. These participants completed approximately 41 000 hours of digital learning, highlighting our program's reach and impact.

Our core team consists of experienced professionals in project management and educational program development, ensuring strong oversight and execution. We collaborate with trusted partners for marketing, communications, and promotional activities, allowing us to scale initiatives effectively and without major delays.

Additionally, we are supported by a dedicated group of volunteers who contribute both as tutors and as operational support—assisting with documentation, lesson planning, and tutor training. Their involvement significantly enhances our capacity to deliver personalized support to each participant.
