* In the deposit and withdrawal process, we have added the option to transfer a voluntary fee to zrzutka.pl. For a donation we have set it to 20% of its value by default - you can freely modify this setting on the dedicated slider you will see when making a donation. If you don't want to support our activity during the withdrawal - just don't check the checkbox for donating to the droplet, and when we remind you about the voluntary payment by highlighting the relevant section - select "No, thank you".
What do we do for a living? From voluntary fees that contributors, if they wish, can pass on to us when they donate, and the dropshot organiser when they withdraw.
Charges for premium services
Our core services are completely free, but we do charge for various options to promote and enhance the Dropshots. You may or may not be required to use these.

** express withdrawals are possible on specific days and times for users with accounts in specific banks - read more - or to payment cards linked to the user's profile as 'withdrawal card'. For Promoters from a country other than Poland, all withdrawals are processed in the shortest possible time (usually within a few minutes) to payment cards connected as 'withdrawal cards', and the so-called 'express withdrawals' option is not available for them.
*** distinction is only available with the status 'promoted' (formerly 'public'). The promoted (formerly public) status of a Drop-Off can only be set for Drop-Offs organised by persons who have submitted an identification form and have passed the identity verification process described in chapter XIII, point 1 of the Terms and Conditions. Before accepting the publicity or promoted status (formerly public) of a Droplet, it will be required to send documents proving the credibility of the Droplet. If these are not presented, the promoted (formerly public) status of the Dropshot may be rejected.
Fees for returns
The fee for one refund transaction is 0.5 PLN.
