Witajcie. Mam na imię Łukasz. Mam 40 lat, a od 7 żyję z diagnozą Stwardnienia Rozsianego (SM). Objawy choroby pojawiły się już wcześniej, jednak w związku z niespecyficznym przebiegiem choroby na wczesnym stadium nie byłem właściwie diagnozowany. Staram się żyć na tyle normalnie, na ile pozwala mii choroba. Jednak nie jest to łatwe przy postaci pierwotnie postępującej. Na co dzień poruszam się na wózku inwalidzkim. Chcąc wyjść z domu i gdzieś pojechać potrzebuję pomocy osób trzecich, które pomogą mi wejść do auta i z niego wyjść, a także schować i wyjąć wózek. Nie do każdego auta też wejdę, wiąże się to z silną spastyką, która powoduje sztywność nóg. Chciałbym być bardziej samodzielny, móc samemu pojechać np. na rehabilitację, czy do lekarza. Potrzebuję jednak do tego specjalnie dostosowanego auta, do którego mógłbym wjechać wózkiem. Nie mam możliwości pokrycia całej kwoty zakupu tak dostosowanego samochodu, więc zwracam się z prośbą o pomoc w zbiórce funduszy na ten cel.

The symptoms of the disease appeared earlier, but due to the non-specific course of the disease at an early stage, I was not properly diagnosed. I try to live as normally as my illness allows me. However, it is not easy with the primary progressive form. I use a wheelchair every day. If I want to leave the house and go somewhere, I need the help of third parties who will help me get in and out of the car, as well as hide and take out the stroller. I will not get into every car either, it is associated with strong spasticity, which causes stiffness of the legs. I would like to be more independent, be able to go on my own, e.g. to rehabilitation or to the doctor. However, I need a specially adapted car to which I can enter with a wheelchair. I am not able to cover the entire amount of the purchase of a car adapted in this way, so I am asking for help in collecting funds for this purpose.
