I'm a dancer, choreographer and contemporary dance teacher living in Warsaw, Poland.

I've graduated from a dance departement of Royal Conservatory in Antwerp and also from graphics departement of European Academy of arts in Warsaw.

Since years I'm developing my work as a freelance dancer, choreographer and dance teacher driving the inspiration from my education both as a dancer and as a visual artist.

I work as a dancer for many different theatre and film productions, I teach contemporary dance classes, workshops, I develop educational dance theatre projects with amateur and semi professional dancers, I also create my own choreographic work, which got some recognition on national and international stage.

At this point of my life I feel, like I need to expand my knowledge further and cristalise my methods of working, ways of creating and communicating. In Warsaw, where I live working conditions of dance artists are not the easiest and I feel I came to the point, that my motivation and drive to persue a dance career slowly burning out, this is why I'm desperately seeking change and improvement of my life and practice, which I'd like to enrich with some theoretical reflection and practical knowledge gained through interaction with other dancers and artists from other disciplines.

I think at this point I need a transition from chaotic life of a dancer, performing different jobs to more focused and consicious dance artist.

In april I got accepted to study at Oslo National University of the Arts at the Master in Dance programme. Only five students from different countries get this opportunity to work on their movement langueage, performing and theoretical skills in a very individually oriented study programme, get connected to Oslo's artistic scene and get professional contacts.

As I'm a freelance dance artist I do not have any savings and I cannot count on any kind of scholarship to persue studying full time abroad , therefore, after researching all the other options I've decided to start crowdfunding campaign. Any, even the smallest help will be a really amazing gift for me and will help me to explore the complexity of the world through dance.
