Instead of giving gifts to each other we decided to help others and we started this found-raising. All founds collected will be used for rehabilitation support of close family member of our colleague. Thank you for all of your support!

Here a few words from Kasia who we will be supporting by this found-raising:

"My name is Kasia. I suffer from limb-girdle muscular dystrophy, the symptoms of which have been progressing since my teenage years. For over 2 years, I have been using a wheelchair, and since then, I have swollen legs every day due to this illness. I have already tried numerous medications, and none have brought any results; there were times when it even got worse. Due to the fact that I spend most of my time in a sitting position, my circulation is very poor, and the only thing that helped me feel relief was lymphatic massage. I used to go for private rehabilitation to a physiotherapist who has such a device, but the appointments are beyond my reach. Lymphatic drainage pants can be used at home, and using them would greatly improve my quality of life. Currently, there are days when the pain is so intense that it's hard for me to function."
