We are Spotlight International, a Wrocław-based foundation creating English-language theatre that connects communities and sparks dialogue. This season, we're excited to stage "Top Girls" by Caryl Churchill — a groundbreaking feminist play brought to life by a passionate team of volunteer actors and creatives from Poland and around the world.

Why this play?

"Top Girls" is a bold, witty, and thought-provoking exploration of women’s roles in society, touching on career ambitions, personal sacrifices, and cultural identity. Through its powerful blend of historical and contemporary characters, it asks timeless questions about gender equality and what it truly means to succeed.

In today’s world, these conversations are as vital as ever. Our goal is to use theatre as a platform to inspire reflection, discussion, and change.
