The workout will include elements of dance, yoga, mobility, stretching, suitable for all levels, so don't be afraid to join!
Required age: 16+
What will you need? Workout clothes like pants, leggings, t-shirt, socks [shoes not needed]
Cost of participation: 30PLN or more
