We are a group of colleagues from Poland who have joined together to support several families who, like many others, have escaped from Ukraine, and sought refuge in Kraków. These families asked for a helping hand and safe place to stay. They were strangers, but have already become an important part of our lives. They are all wonderful people, and we have been working to help them settle in Poland and start to build lives in our communities.

We have been lucky so far and have been able to provide them with shelter, food and necessary clothes, as well as supporting the continued education of children with a computer for school-work and online lessons. These families are keen to start to give back to the communities who have provided safety and welcomed them so far. To supporting longer-term future and ambition of these wonderful people, we are hoping to collect funds to support the continued purchasing of food, hygiene products, pharmaceuticals, and clothes. Found would also enable us to provide even more support for them, with medical care and other initiatives such as rent and language courses, enabling our Ukrainian friends to settle more fully.
