Nasze telefony dzwonią non stop, a drzwi są ciągle otwarte.

Pierwsze rodziny już są pod naszym parasolem.

Jesteśmy przepełnieni wdzięcznością, że ludzie potrafią tak niesamowicie się jednoczyć, by ratować matki i dzieci przed cierpieniem, dając swoje domy, ubrania, jedzenie... WSZYSTKO! Ryzykując często własnym niedostatkiem.

Rzeczy to niestety nie wszystko - to dopiero początek długiej drogi, która nas czeka.

Ukraińcy w większości to ludzie bardzo dumni i pracowici. Nie chcą siedzieć w naszych domach i tylko brać. Ich kultura wymaga wzajemności i wiemy, że to, co im damy wróci dla nas i naszego kraju w różnej postaci prędzej, czy później.

Naszym nadrzędnym celem jest:

✅ MĄDRA POMOC i JAK NAJSZYBSZE WŁĄCZENIE OSÓB UCIEKAJĄCYCH Z UKRAINY DO SPOŁECZEŃSTWA.

✅ WSPARCIE POLSKICH I UKRAIŃSKICH DZIECI ORAZ MŁODZIEŻY W TRAUMATYCZNYCH CHWILACH.

✅ WSPARCIE POLSKICH RODZIN, DZIECI I MŁODZIEŻY - BO BARDZO TEGO POTRZEBUJĄ

MĄDRA POMOC to dla nas:

🔸 1. zaopiekowanie się mieszkaniem i podstawowymi rzeczami na pierwszy max. miesiąc jeśli ktoś jest zdolny do pracy,

🔸 2. danie pracy - jesteśmy dogadani z firmą produkcyjną z Olsztyna, która ma różne stanowiska i cały czas powiększamy bazę,

🔸 3. opieka psychologiczna dla matek i dzieci:

▪ 1x w tyg grupa wsparcia dla matek

▪ 1x w tyg grupa wsparcia dla nastolatków - oni mają najgorzej z powodu etapu rozwojowego, w którym są!

▪ warsztaty wspierające trudne emocje i integrację dla najmłodszych.

▪ Terapia indywidualna, pomoc lekarska psychiatryczna przy najtrudniejszych przypadkach.

‼ WSPARCIE DLA POLSKICH RODZIN PRZYJMUJĄCYCH UCHODŹCÓW ‼ - rzeczowe, materialne i psychologiczne.

🔸 4. zajęcia opiekuńcze do czasu znalezienia szkoły/przedszkola dla młodszych dzieci, 

🔸 5. wolontariat i włączenie nastolatków w pomaganie ich rodakom - pomieszanie ich z Polską młodzieżą - INTEGRACJA.

🔸 6. osoby z wyższym wykształceniem (nauczyciele, psychologowie, lekarze) - zaangażowanie ich we wsparcie dla rodaków - wyposażenie ich w narzędzia i sprzęt - danie możliwości działania  z konkretnym planem.

W tej chwili pod naszą opieką jest 10 rodzin (łącznie 35 osób) i liczba ta rośnie.

Wesprzyjmy ich w tym, by jak najszybciej STANĘLI NA WŁASNYCH NOGACH.

Dzięki temu:

▪ - odzyskają sprawczość i wpływ - trauma wtedy jest mniejsza, 

▪ - nie będą obciążeniem dla budżetu państwa, 

▪ - w konsekwencji pomogą swoim rodakom.

Dear friends, 

Poland has received more than two million refugees from Ukraine and many thousands more arrive daily. Our organization has reacted swiftly to the unfolding humanitarian crisis and to date we have 21 Ukrainian families

(predominantly women and children) under our care.

The outpouring of help from ordinary Poles has been overwhelming; they have been selflessly sharing clothes, food and their homes to support and shelter the refugees. 

🧡 THE SUPPORT GIVEN TO REFUGEES MUST BE COMPREHENSIVE AND SMART 🧡

Realistically, we are only at the beginning of a long-lasting crisis. The Ukrainians are proud and hardworking people. Their culture requires reciprocity and so they do not feel comfortable receiving charity.

Therefore the refugees must not be solely reliant on our long-lasting support but integrated into their new local environment to quickly reach self-sufficiency. 

Thus we aim TO PROVIDE MULTI-LEVEL & INTEGRATION-ORIENTED ASSISTANCE.



Our foundation, Kazdy-Wazny (“Everyone is Important”), has the necessary expertise and experience in crisis and traumatic stress management. We have developed a plan for supporting refugees and are implementing it to the best of our abilities.

Unfortunately, we dramatically lack the funding we need because our local community is severely strained and governmental support is insufficient. 

Our volunteers are exhausted and overwhelmed by the number of severely traumatized refugees, a large proportion of whom are children and adolescents. The situation is deteriorating.

🧡 PLEASE HELP US TO SUPPORT THE REFUGEES 🧡

Please do NOT leave us alone as we have NOT left the Ukrainians alone either.

We ask you to assist us in providing SMART HELP as follows: 

1⃣ Psychological care for refugee women, mothers and children:

• a continuous support group for mothers (once a week),
• a continuous support group for teenagers (once-to-twice a week) - they are typically in the worst condition given their fragile developmental stage
• workshops supporting difficult emotions and integration for children (once a week/per demand)
• individual therapy, psychiatric help in the most difficult cases (per demand)

2⃣ Support for Polish families hosting the refugees. The support is both material (e.g. clothes, volunteers) and psychological. 

3⃣ Childcare activities until a school/kindergarten is identified. It is critical to provide a safe and positive distraction to children and alone time to their primary caretakers.

4⃣ Organizing a self-Volunteering service by Ukrainian teenagers. This has two goals: 

1 - activating Ukrainian teenagers to support their own incoming countrymen/women (feeling needed) and 

2 - integrating them with the Polish youth volunteer-network (building social networks).

5⃣ Facilitating a possibility of part/full-time employment by using our internal network of supporters, members and former clients.

We only rely on the help of (our own and external) experts including teachers, psychologists and psychiatrists to provide fully professional help. Currently, we function predominantly thanks to the volunteering effort of the staff and outside experts. While such an operation is viable for several weeks, a long-term professional support requires at least minimal remuneration and excessive operational costs (electricity, gas, food) must be covered – we cannot cover them long-term given that we have been rapidly depleting our own funds to meet the overwhelming needs.

Our approach promotes integration and self-sufficiency;

we want to support the refugees so that they can

STAND ON THEIR OWN FEET as soon as possible.

Importantly, we will provide a long-term assistance to the families we currently care for. 

The above approach provides several critical benefits:

✅ Refugees regain influence over their own lives; this mitigates trauma & supports recovery.

✅ Smaller burden for the state budget; help can be allocated to the newly incoming refugees.

✅ Pay-it-Forward support; active/integrated refugees effectively support their compatriots.

🧡 A small monthly donation. This is the MOST SUSTAINABLE way to help us. We can effectively evaluate our resources and plan long-term. Even 10EUR/month/person (multiplied by many donors) provides us with a stable financial platform.
