Wiktoria, together with her husband Artur and three children, form a harmonious family that has been struggling with difficulties for a long time. Their problems are mainly due to their children's health problems: both daughters, Joanna and Ewelina, suffer from a chronic genetic disease that limits their independence to some extent. Mikołaj and Joanna also suffer from hearing loss, the treatment of which requires annual surgery. Joanna is also being diagnosing in terms of epilepsy. All of that caused that Wiktoria had to give up her job 9 years ago and devote herself to taking care of her children. Artur is the only breadwinner in the family. He works in a supermarket that takes him 1.5 hours to get to. Wiktoria is a great organizer and is excellent at taking care of children, and her husband is a very hard-working and appreciated employee in his company. A big issue for the family is the lack of their own apartment: they currently occupy part of Wiktoria's family house, but they will have to move out of it, because the house has been bequeathed entirely to the woman's sister. The family does not have the financial capacity to rent or buy its own apartment, and the municipality in which they live does not have free social housing.
