Pani Agata ponad 30 lat temu uległa wypadkowi, co spowodowało problemy z poruszaniem się, uraz kręgosłupa, a teraz dwa oponiaki mózgu i dodatkowo astma. Kiedyś pani Agata prowadziła normalny tryb życia, miała pracę oraz posiadała pieniądze na życie. Po wypadku straciła pracę, otrzymała rentę chorobową, ale świadczenie nie pokrywa wszystkich potrzeb. Kobieta mieszka samotnie w domu po rodzicach, dom niestety jest w bardzo złym stanie, dach przecieka, nie stać jej na zakup węgla i ogrzewanie domu. Towarzystwa dotrzymują jej dwa psy i ukochane rośliny, które pielęgnuje.
