Women of Ukraine living in Wroclaw. They don't even have a change of underwear, a toothbrush, or toothpaste. Ukrainian women fled from the war just like they did. However, they are often feel ashamed to ask for help. Hence the action "Friend to a friend".

We, Medserv, can make ourselves useful and can prepare bags full of basic hygiene products and cosmetics.

Shower gel, deodorant, shampoo, sanitary pads are not luxury goods. This is absolutely essential. But even those Ukrainian women who, in order to save themselves and their children, had to leave their country, their home, do not have it.

When the anti-aircraft sirens sound and the rockets fly overhead, there is no thought about packing. You think about running away and surviving. The journey to a safe place takes hours or even days. Often, all these women have are passports. They are in a strange place. Scared, they don't know the language. They don't even have a change of underwear.

They cannot count on the support of their husbands, fathers and boyfriends. They are at the front risking their lives for the freedom of Ukraine. And this month they did not get a flower for Women's Day. But instead we can give them more.

As part of celebrating World Women's Day, women from Medserv decided that we would support these women and make them feel dignified and comfortable again.

We, Medserv women, can restore some humanity to these Ukrainian women.
