I recently took a flight from Toronto to the Flair Airlines YYZ Terminal. I made use of Terminal 3. Because check-in, security, and baggage claim looked to be the only places a traveler may need, it was quite simple to navigate. The entire process went fairly smoothly, and the personnel was friendly and accommodating as well. Anyone trave ling from there should definitely plan to arrive very early because foreign flights can occasionally be unexpected in this regard. For my Flair Airlines flight, Terminal 3 worked perfectly.
