I recently visited the British Airways PMI Terminal and it has again blown me away. The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly and efficient. They had provided me with a clear update of the status of my flight and replied to all my queries. There were lovely clean and clear seating, and a very well-organized terminal. I really enjoyed the non-judgemental and relaxed feel. Those were well marked and I had no trouble finding my way. For any future travelers to Mallorca I would have absolutely no reservations about recommending the check-in with British Airways at PMI Terminal. That really enhanced my travel experience!
