Two years ago, I reached out to ask for your help in supporting the Ukrainian people fleeing the war. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to assist over 250,000 individuals at the border.

Today, I’m asking for your support once again—this time, for the people of Poland who have lost their homes due to the devastating floods sweeping across the country. Please join us at the My z Wami Foundation to make a meaningful difference once more and extend hope to those facing unimaginable hardship.

We have experience gained during the refugee crisis at the border with Ukraine to effectively provide both short- and long-term assistance. We are raising funds to organize transport with equipment and material aid, evacuate and provide initial support for people affected by the floods, organize shelter for those evacuated from flooded homes, and, finally, offer long-term assistance to those who will not be able to return to their homes.

What the funds will be used for:

• Transport (providing delivery vehicles, fuel),
• Food,
• Drinking water,
• Accommodation costs for flood victims,
• Communication equipment,
• Power banks,
• Generators,
• Specialized drying equipment,
• Water pumps.
