Kochani, nasz przyjaciel, brat i cudowny człowiek Rahmoun przeżył w górach Atlasu ogromną tragedię podczas ostatniego trzęsienia ziemi. Jego dom uległ częściowemu zniszczeniu. Sam Rahmoun szczęśliwie uratował się uciekając ze strefy największego zagrożenia, porzucając wszystko i zabierając ze sobą tylko dokumenty. W nocy, wspólnie ze swoimi sąsiadami, mieszkańcami wioski Marigha Village Al Haouz, ratował spod gruzów budynków tych, którym nie udało się uciec na czas. Wiele osób zostało rannych, ponad 100 osób z najbliższego otoczenia Rahmouna straciło życie.

Rahmoun na co dzień jest nauczycielem historii, geografii i przewodnikiem po Saharze. W swoją pracę wkłada całe serce, a jego uczniowie kochają go za jego niestandardowe podejście do nauczania i pasję. Uczy nie tylko historii Maroka, ale w swoim programie ma także historię Polski. 

Poza tym wszystkim Rahmoun jest dobrym, uczciwym, zawsze uśmiechniętym i chętnym do pomocy człowiekiem. Sam stracił wiele, ale jest Nomadem z Sahary i jak mówi, nic nie potrzebuje, bo koczowniczy tryb życia nie jest mu obcy. Teraz najważniejsze dla niego jest by pomagać innym. Od czasu tragicznego trzęsienia ziemi dostarcza mieszkańcom żywność, odzież, artykuły codziennego użytku. Ci ludzie stracili wszystko co mieli, a przede wszystkim zostali bez dachu nad głową.

W obecnej sytuacji, jedną z najważniejszych kwestii jest pomoc finansowa. Mieszkańcy zniszczonych wiosek potrzebują wsparcia, aby móc rozpocząć odbudowę domów, szkół i zakupić materiały niezbędne do życia i nauki. 

Zebrane fundusze zostaną przekazane na zakup materacy, śpiworów, namiotów, ubrań, żywności, środków czystości, oraz na prace budowlane przy remontach i rekonstrukcji budynków. 

To bardzo ważne aby zdążyć przed zimą, która w górach jest bardzo zimna

Jako bliscy znajomi, przyjaciele i współpracownicy Rahmouna z Polski zwracamy się z prośbą o pomoc dla tej małej społeczności z gór Atlasu. W obecnej sytuacji każdy grosz jest ważny, by polepszyć warunki życia ludziom, którzy niebawem mogą zostać sami ze swoją tragedią.

Dear All,

Our dear friend, brother, and wonderful human being Rahmoun recently experienced a tremendous tragedy in the Atlas Mountains during the last earthquake. His home suffered partial destruction, but Rahmoun managed to escape the most dangerous area, leaving everything behind, taking only his documents. During the night, along with his neighbors from Marigha Village Al Haouz, he helped rescue those who couldn't escape in time from beneath the rubble. Many people were injured, and over 100 people from Rahmoun's immediate surroundings lost their lives.

Rahmoun is a history teacher, geographer, and a Sahara guide by profession. He pours his heart into his work and his students adore him for his unconventional teaching approach and passion. He not only teaches Moroccan history but also includes the history of Poland in his curriculum.

Beyond all of this, Rahmoun is a kind, honest, always-smiling and always eager to help other people. He has lost much himself, but being a Sahara Nomad, he says he needs nothing because the nomadic way of life is not foreign to him. Now, his priority is to help others. Since the tragic earthquake, he has been providing food, clothing, and everyday essentials to the residents. These people have lost everything, most importantly, their shelter.

In the current situation, one of the most crucial matters is financial assistance. The residents of the devastated villages need support to rebuild their homes, schools and to purchase essential materials for daily life and education.

The funds collected will be used to buy mattresses, sleeping bags, tents, clothes, food, hygiene products and for construction work in repairing and reconstructing buildings. It is essential to act before winter arrives, as it can be extremely cold in the mountains.

Therefore, we encourage you to take action now! Every contribution is of immense importance. Let's help Rahmoun and the residents of the damaged villages get back on their feet after this terrible tragedy. Our collective aid can provide them with shelter and hope for a better tomorrow.
