Maja Chiara Faber’s work navigates explorations of esotericism, sexuality, memory and fiction. She gained her MFA at Sandberg Institute in Amsterdam. She is a founder and curator of Lava Avantgarde Film Festival, which gathered many voices of international queer community. She offers her services as a spiritual worker, and have been conducting workshops on modern astrology and Tarot in Martin Gropius Bau, Kunsthall Bergen, Zachęta National Gallery of Art. Maja Chiara’s practice focuses on sound explorations and communal bonding; she performs under the moniker Satin de Compostela.
