I am Bartek's father. Bartek has been in prison for 6 years, and I would like to ask you to raise PLN 9,000( 2000$) for the reconsideration of my son's case. Bartek was convicted on the basis of a false report by his wife's father, and false testimony from their family, the negligence of a hired lawyer, and - what hurts most - violations committed by the court itself.

It was about the property, the apartment that Bartek's wife received from her father. He deceived her that the apartment was her property, a security for the future. When Bartek was accepted for doctoral studies in Kraków (Cracow, Poland), he and his wife wanted to sell their apartment in order to move there, but it turned out that the donation was fake, made only to avoid paying tax. A family conflict arosed, that lasted for 3 years and was recorded entirely by Bartek's wife with a hidden camera. The recordings contain all the villainy of Bartek's wife's father, including that on August 5, 2015, he made a false denunciation of home abuse against his daughter's family.

There is evidence in the recordings that the denunciation was false, and in the case file there is evidence of the lawyer's negligence, court violations, and false testimony by witnesses. If the trial had been fair, Bartek would never have been convicted, but apparently someone really wanted to get rid of Bartek - his wife's father.

A new application will be submitted and the case will be handled by Polska Grupa Prawna.
