Kochani, mamy do Was ogromną prośbę. Moja żona i mama naszych córek, Zuzanna, od pięciu lat mieszka w Irlandii, gdzie urodziły się nasze dzieci oraz gdzie do niedawna prowadziła normalne życie. W marcu tego roku zdiagnozowano u niej wodogłowie i przeprowadzono operację. Niestety po kilku tygodniach zaczęły się komplikacje. 16 lipca przeprowadzono kolejną operację, która się pozornie udała. Pozornie, bo wyniki są dobre, ale ona sama gaśnie w oczach. Lekarze bezradnie rozkładają ręce, twierdząc, że nie spotkali się z takim przypadkiem. My po ludzku robimy co w naszej mocy, szukamy pomocy i konsultacji w Polsce, działamy na wielu frontach.

Potrzebujemy także pomocy przy zbiórce pieniędzy na transport do Polski. Koszt wynosi 20tys. złotych (około 5 tys euro).

2.Prom z Irlandii( Rosslare) do Wali(Fishguard)- Ilość pasażerów 5( obsługa tansportu x3, pacjent,osoba z rodziny): około 4000zł (ceny zmienne zależne od dnia i godziny).

Przeprawa promem firmy StenaLine.

3.Tunel z Anglii(Dover) do Francji(Calais)- łączny koszt to ok. 1250zł

4. Nie przewidziane wydatki(awarie, dodatkowy ekwipunek etc.) ok.3800zl

We have big a request for you. My wife and mother of our daughters, Zuzanna, has lived in Ireland for five years, where our children were born and where she had a normal life until recently. In March this year she was diagnosed with hydrocephalus and underwent surgery. Unfortunately, after a few weeks complications began. On July 16 another operation was carried out which was apparently successful. Seemingly it was because the results initially were good, but since then her health has deteriorated further and Zuzanna has been in hospital ever since.

The doctors helplessly spread their hands, claiming that they have not seen such a case before. We humanly do our best, we look for help and consultation in Poland, we operate on many fronts.

We also need help collecting the money to transport Zuzanna to Poland. The cost is PLN 20,000 (about EUR 5,000). We are grateful for all of your help. Greetings Family and friends
