Adrian to bardzo żywy, wesoły i bardzo samodzielny 2 latek. Uwielbia muzykę, samochody oraz swoje dwie starsze siostry. Niestety z dnia na dzień musiał się z nimi rozstać, ponieważ w ciągu jednego dnia choroba wywróciła jego oraz nasze życie do góry nogami…

Podczas pobytu na wakacjach Adriana rozbolał brzuch, poza tym nic nie wskazywało na to, że ta historia może mieć taki rozwój zdarzeń. Po nieprzespanej nocy pojechaliśmy do szpitala, gdzie niczego nie stwierdzono i przepisano zwykły lek przeciwbólowy. Odbijając się od kolejnych drzwi szpitala pojechaliśmy prywatnie zrobić badanie usg, gdzie okazało się, że na wątrobie naszego synka występują liczne zmiany policykliczne.

Następnego dnia znaleźliśmy się już w szpitalu specjalistycznym w celu dalszej diagnostyki, gdzie dowiedzieliśmy się, że Adrian ma guza na wątrobie. W międzyczasie nasz syn był poddany nierefundowanym badaniom w Niemczech, które niestety potwierdziły tę diagnozę. Na hepatoblastomę w Polsce rocznie choruje 15 dzieci.

W tym momencie nasz cały świat się zawalił. Jednak my się nie poddajemy i podejmujemy wraz z nim tę walkę.

Obecnie Adrian jest poddawany chemioterapii, po której będzie musiał przejść operację. Jego organizm już teraz wymaga odbudowy układu odpornościowego, zakupu ciężko dostępnych leków co związane jest z ogromnymi kosztami, których nie jesteśmy mu już w stanie samodzielnie zapewnić. Ponadto terapia jaką przyjmuje Adrian może niekorzystnie wpłynąć na jego słuch, chcemy jak najszybciej zminimalizować to ryzyko.

Adrian od miesiąca jest rozdzielony od swoich sióstr, a sytuacja z koronawirusem nie pomaga, ponieważ Adrian nie widzi czasami przez 2 tygodnie jednego z rodziców, a dla dwulatka takie 2 tygodnie to cała wieczność.

Naszym największym marzeniem jest być już razem z całą rodziną bez obaw, że nawet lekkie przeziębienie może być dla Adriana niebezpieczne…

Nasze oszczędności kończą się, a każdego dnia wydatki na leczenie naszego synka rosną. Dlatego bardzo prosimy Was o wsparcie, nawet najmniejszej cegiełki, która przyczyni się do tego abyśmy mogli zapewnić Adriankowi jak najszybszy powrót do pełnego zdrowia.

Adrian is a very cheerful and very independent 2-year-old boy. He loves music, cars and his two older sisters. Unfortunately, he had to part with them overnight, because in one day the disease turned our lives and his life upside down….

Adrian had a stomachache during summer holidays, and there was no indication that this story might have had such a development. After a sleepless night, we drove to the hospital, where nothing was found, and the usual painkiller was prescribed.

Bouncing off the next doors of the hospital, we went privately to an ultrasound examination, where it turned out that our son's liver had huge polycylics changes.

The next day we went to a specialist hospital for further diagnosis, where we found out that Adrian had Hepatoblastoma. In the meantime, our son was subjected to non-refunded tests in Germany, which unfortunately confirmed this diagnosis.

At this point, our whole world collapsed. However, we do not give up and take this fight with him.

Currently Adrian is undergoing chemotherapy, after that, he will have to undergo surgery. His body already requires the restoration of the immune system, the purchase of hard-to-find drugs, which is associated with huge costs that we are not able to provide for him on our own. In addition, the therapy that Adrian takes may adversely affect his hearing, we want to minimize this risk as soon as possible.

Adrian has been separated from his sisters and both parents for a month, the situation with the coronavirus does not help, because Adrian does not see one of his parents for 2 weeks, and for a 2-year-old, 2 weeks is a whole eternity.

Our greatest dream is to be together again with the whole family without fear that even a slight cold may be dangerous for Adrian ...
