Niedawno podczas larpa bitewnego Zweihander, nasz kolega Daniel Krzaczkowski doznał w walce poważnego urazu kolana. Cytując wyniki rezonansu, doszło do Złamania kłykcia bocznego kości udowej, zerwania ACL, uszkodzenia III stopnia MCL i MPFL, uszk. II stopnia LCL oraz uszkodzenia łąkotki bocznej.

Według lekarzy, odpowiednie zabiegi i rehabilitacja muszą odbyć się jak najszybciej, aby mieć szansę na powrót do sprawności - a to niestety wymaga 22.000 zł kosztów prywatnego leczenia. Danielowi udało się pożyczyć tę kwotę, ale jest to spory ciężar finansowy, a ubezpieczenie pokryje tylko część kosztów i zostanie przyznanie zdecydowanie za późno.

Dlatego nie zostawiamy Daniela w potrzebie i odpalamy akcję “Ratujemy sprawność Krzaka!”. Krzaku to nie tylko nasz świetny towarzysz, ale również dowódca oddziału larpowego "Śmierć Szczurów" - Rattentod i instruktor szermierki historycznej DESW, gdzie sprawność kolan jest szczególnie ważna dla kontynuacji aktywności!

Recently, during the Zweihander battle larp, our colleague, Daniel Krzaczkowski, suffered a serious knee injury in combat. To quote the results of the MRI, he suffered a fracture of the lateral condyle of the femur, anterior cruciate ligament tear, grade III medial collateral ligament and medial patellofemoral ligament damage, grade II lateral collateral ligament damage and lateral meniscus damage.

According to the doctors, appropriate treatment and rehabilitation must take place as soon as possible to have any chance of recovery - and this unfortunately requires 22’000 PLN of private treatment costs. Daniel managed to borrow this amount, but it is a considerable financial burden, and the insurance will only cover part of the costs and will be granted far too late.

That's why we're not leaving Daniel behind in his time of need and we are starting up the "Saving Krzaku's Fitness!" fundraiser campaign. Krzaku is not only our great companion, but also the commander of the larp unit "Rats' Death" - Rattentod and a HEMA historical fencing instructor, where knee dexterity is especially important to continue enjoying the hobby!
