I recently had the chance to deal with Delta Airlines Atlanta Office when booking a multi-leg business trip around the U.S., and I must say I was thoroughly impressed by the service I received. Right from the start, the staff were professional, attentive, and very well-informed about Delta's network and policies. Most impressive was the fact that they went out of their way to fit my tight timeframe. They rebooked a flight because of a last-minute schedule change and even proposed more efficient routing that saved me time and trouble. Atlanta Office staff responded in a timely fashion to emails and follow-ups and took care of everything with some degree of detail I don't usually experience. With how essential timing is on business travel, I couldn't have had greater assistance. This reaffirmed why Delta Airlines Atlanta Office remains my first choice airline, particularly when business travel is the goal. Mass kudos to the Atlanta Office crew for transforming what might otherwise have been a logistical nightmare into an effortless ride.
