❄ December? Christmas, a Christmas tree, gingerbread cookies... and me? I've decided to jump into freezing water and do a triathlon in Antarctica! ❄

Yes, you read that right! 800 meters of swimming in water colder than ice cream straight from the freezer, 40 km of cycling on ice, and a 10 km run in conditions where even penguins prefer to stay put. Sounds like a good idea? Well... 🤪

💪 I want to be the first Polish woman to complete this race – and fight for victory!

The problem? My body has gone into sports hibernation 💤. I wasn't planning to compete in 2025, but... an opportunity like this may never come again! So, I'm waking up from my winter sleep, motivating myself with hypnosis (yes, really!), and going for it.
