Szczególy sprawy:

Poznałem Ihor'a Tkachov (https://www.facebook.com/ihortkachovUA) kilka lat temu. Wiozłem Go na autostopa. Ja z radarowych obserwacji ptaków migrujących. On jako turysta, Jechaliśmy z Estonii. Wysiadł na Litwie. Bardzo miło się nam rozmawiało. Ihor'a Tkachov jeździł po świecie. Chodził po górach. Robi świetne zdjęcia. To zawodowy reporter.

Wybuchła wojna na Ukrainie. Zastanawiałem się co zrobi mój kolega.

Wrócił do swojego kraju. Od początku wojny zajmuje się dokumentowaniem tych strasznych rzeczy.

Zaimponował mi tym powrotem.

Dziś objrzałem Jego film z Bachmutu. Dobrze, że są tacy odważni ludzie którzy jadą, ryzykują życiem aby pokazać światu całą prawdę o tym co się dzieje na froncie.

Napisałem do Igora:

hello, thanks for offering, it's hard to say to be honest, really depends on a budget, the first thing that everyone needs it is a 4x4 car, usually it is crowdfunding or something. if the budget is not that big it could be a drone, mavic 3 pro, or with thermovision, that is everybody needs. if not that i like to supply medics, they need a lot of different stuff, but all of it is expensive..

I met Ihor Tkachov (https://www.facebook.com/ihortkachovUA) a few years ago. I used to hitchhike with him. Me from radar sightings of migratory birds. He as a tourist, We drove from Estonia. He got off in Lithuania. We had a very nice conversation. Ihor'a Tkachov travelled the world. He walked in the mountains. He takes great pictures. He's a professional reporter.

War broke out in Ukraine. I wondered what my colleague would do.

He went back to his country. He has been documenting these terrible things since the war started.

He impressed me with this return.

Today I watched his film from Bachmut. It is good that there are such brave people who go, risking their lives to show the world the whole truth about what is happening at the front.

I wrote to Igor:
