Starting February 24th, 2022, we are witnessing unimaginable pain and suffering in the country of Ukraine. All of us receive images of an unprovoked, bloody war. It’s a rare occurrence for a conflict to be so black and white - Ukrainians are fighting for the highest of values: their freedom, while the Russian army is brutally trying to take it away from them. This war is a fight between good and evil. 
We cannot remain indifferent to this aggression. If the humanitarian and ethical argument does not appeal to you, let us also emphasize that the Ukrainians are also fighting for the freedom of the whole continent, and Russia's defeat is in the interest of every European citizen. 

We are aware that there are many fundraisers like this, but we operate comprehensively, which means that we raise funds, buy the necessary medications and ensure their transport directly to the most war-torn regions of Ukraine. The Russian "art" of war does not recognize humanitarian corridors, which means that ordinary people are often cut off from the world: left without access to water, electricity or food. Civilians are as much of a target for the Russian army as regular soldiers. Fortunately, the brave Ukrainian army makes it a priority to unblock roads to the besieged cities to pave the way for humanitarian aid convoys like ours. It is thanks to them that in recent weeks we have been able to deliver basic necessities and medicines to such deep regions of Ukraine as Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhia, Sumy, Poltava or Kharkiv. 

Up until now, we have managed to obtain drugs for PLN 8,000 using our own funds, but we do not want it to be a one-off aid. We believe that there are more people like us and we do not have to stop in our activities. We receive countless appeals directly from medics in Ukraine, begging for help for their patients because every day people there are dying due to lack of necessary medications. One of the military medics, describing only one delivery, told us: “I am not able to comprehend how many lives you saved. It goes in the hundreds.". How can we not help when so many lives depend on it?
