A friend of mine (37 years old) had this bad luck and got MYELITIS. That was unexpected, suddenly he just fell down unconscious. He need a lot of rehabilitation which is quite expensive for the family. There is a chance for recover – maybe not full but there is already a progress – this is related with rehabilitation intensify and this is related with the cost. He cannot walk so additional equipment is required (wheel chair) and some additional for rehabilitation. Also he need help to improve his house to be able to move around on the wheel chair. The worst is that he was the only working person in the family father of 3 children (youngest is 2,5 year old) and a wife that is taking care of the house and children. They live in the small town in Poland where is not much possibility to get social help or better job.
