Cześć mam na imię Kuba jestem osobą transpłciową mam 25 lat i od grudnia 2022 roku przyjmuje testosteron. Będąc we wrześniu ubiegłego roku w Warszawie u doktora Pana Stanisława Dulko rozmawiając o sprawie sądowej zostałem poinformowany że mnie poprowadzi, wykona za mnie papierologie, załatwi z zaprzyjaźnionym sądem terminy bez konieczności obecności rodziców jeśli tylko dostarczę mu dokumenty potrzebne do tego procesu i 5 tysięcy złotych.Mam pracę ale zarobki w firmie to najniższa krajowa jeżeli dostanę trochę więcej to w następnym miesiącu dostanę mniej i muszę wziąć z oszczędzonych więc koło się zamyka. Mam też wykonaną Mastektomie ale do szczęścia brakuje tylko zmiany danych ile to można tłumaczyć że na dowodzie to naprawdę ja a nie siostra.

Hi my name is Kuba I am a transgender person I am 25 years old and I have been taking testosterone since December 2022. While being in Warsaw last September with Dr. Stanislaw Dulko talking about a court case I was informed that he would guide me, do the paperwork for me, arrange appointments with a friendly court without the need for my parents to be present if I just provide him with the documents needed for this process and 5 thousand zlotys.I have a job but the wages in the company are the lowest in the country if I get a little more then the next month I get less and have to take from the savings so the circle closes. I also have a mastectomy done but all that is missing to happiness is a change of data how much can it be explained that on the proof it is really me and not my sister.
