Mam na imię Agnieszka, mam 31 lat i pochodzę z Krakowa. Od dłuższego czasu zmagam się z endometriozą jajnika – chorobą, która każdego dnia odbiera mi siły i możliwość normalnego funkcjonowania. Załączam poniżej dokument oraz usg.

Ból towarzyszy mi niemal nieustannie, uniemożliwiając pracę i codzienne czynności. Leczenie wymaga konsultacji z wieloma specjalistami: ginekologiem, gastrologiem, hepatologiem, fizjoterapeutą, dietetyk kliniczny oraz psycholog/psychoterapeutą. Niestety nie wiem czy jeszcze inni specjaliści bedą potrzebni. Do tego dochodzą kosztowne badania, leki, suplementy i odpowiednia dieta.

Samodzielnie nie jestem w stanie pokryć tych kosztów. Dlatego zwracam się z prośbą o wsparcie. Każda, nawet najmniejsza wpłata, przybliża mnie do odzyskania zdrowia i normalnego życia.

Z całego serca dziękuję za każdą formę pomocy.

My name is Agnieszka, I am 31 years old and I come from Kraków. For a long time I have been struggling with ovarian endometriosis – a disease that robs me of my strength and the ability to function normally every single day.

I am in almost constant pain, which prevents me from working and carrying out everyday activities. Treatment requires consultations with many specialists: a gynecologist, gastroenterologist, hepatologist, physiotherapist, clinical dietitian, and psychologist/psychotherapist. Unfortunately, I do not know yet if additional specialists will be needed. On top of that, there are expensive tests, medications, supplements, and a specialized diet.

I am not able to cover these costs on my own. That is why I am asking for your support. Every single donation, no matter how small, brings me closer to regaining my health and a normal life.
