So here we are again. I'm terribly sorry folks, but I'm not out of the woods yet.
My name's Robin and I live in Poland. I've been working as a translator for the past 20 years, but relatively suddenly that work has dried up almost completely.
I've reoriented myself back to being an English teacher, a profession I followed for some 15 years before becoming a translator. I like to think I'm good at it.
I have work lined up at 3 schools, and I'm sure I'll be able to live relatively comfortably once my timetable is filled up, but my current problem is that I'm not going to get paid until the middle of next month, and before then I have to pay for rent and food.
So, once again, and hopefully for the last time, I need help so I'm turning to my online friends and well-wishers.
If you could possibly help, I would be extremely grateful.
I'm a qualified and (very) experienced EFL/ESL teacher, so if anyone's interested in lessons, that would also be great.
As a point of reference, 50 zł is about £10. Thank you so much.
