Dear friends,

I am gathering funds for the local accountancy training for Ukrainian women who crossed the Polish border after 24 February. 

Those women are very experienced accountants who don’t speak foreign languages but started to learn Polish as a must. They try to find themselves in the new work market so they can take care of their children and close family. It would be such a shame if they needed to find a job below their qualifications.  

As a result, I have arranged an intensive accounting training for local accounting laws in Warsaw with a great trainer.  We have the facility ready for the course to kick off on the 6th of April. There are 11 women to attend this training. The very last thing is to ensure funds available for the trainers.

Moi Drodzy

Celem zrzutki jest kurs księgowości zaplanowany dla Ukrainek, które znalazły się w Polsce po 24.02. Kurs jest dedykowany księgowym, które, mają doświadczenie w księgowości, jednak nie mówią w języku angielskim, by mieć szansę rozpocząć prace w międzynarodowej korporacji. Dodatkowo, pomimo nauki języka polskiego, nie znają przepisów polskiej ustawy rachunkowości, by zacząć prace w zawodzie.

Inspiracją jest Julia, główna księgowa z 20letnim doświadczeniem, która u nas mieszka z dwiema córkami, podczas gdy mąż pozostał w Kijowie. Julia uczy się zawzięcie języka polskiego, poszukuje pracy poprzez Urząd Pracy, wysyła codziennie CV, ale niestety nie ma lokalnych oczekiwanych kompetencji. Firma szkoleniowa z Warszawy przygotowała dedykowane 6-dniowe szkolenie, które szybko i kompleksowo pozwoli poznać kluczowe zagadnienia księgowe, zwroty językowe i zwiększy szansę na zatrudnienie w zawodzie. Dostępność wykładowcy jest zarezerwowana od 6 kwietnia.

Kurs, by wystartował, jako minimum kryterium posiada założenie 10ciu uczestników. Po kilku ogłoszeniach na mediach społecznościowych, 10 pierwszych kandydatek zgłosiło się w ciągu kilku dni. Kolejnym wyzwaniem jest możliwość pokrycia znaczącej lub całej kwoty szkolenia. Zatem my możemy dołożyć od siebie cegiełkę, by 11 kobiet miało lepsze szanse na zbudowanie nowej rzeczywistości.
