Description
Dear Friend, we need your help!
Over 2 million people have now entered Poland fleeing Russian shelling and bombing in Ukraine. To date Polish government has done little to help them, other than just letting them in across the border. All help, assistance, and relief are organized, financed, and delivered by volunteers—ordinary Poles like us, and numerous NGOs.
My wife Paulina and I have now taken 13 people under our roof, free of charge, into the rental properties that we own and would normally use to generate income. The eight women and five children we have taken had fled shelling in and around Kyiv with, literally, just the clothes on their backs. With tremendous help from other ordinary Poles, our neighbors, friends, coworkers, small NGOs, etc., we have managed to provide for their ordinary needs, from clothing, bedding, food, and toiletries, to formula, toys, and diapers. But they still don’t have two pennies to rub together. We would like to create at least a semblance of some shreds of dignity for them by providing them with some cash to be able to make their own small purchasing decisions, rather than relying 100% on handouts and having little to say on what they receive.
Please help us with even the smallest of donations, here in Poland we are already totally overextended, and we are still expecting to take more people as they cross our border.

Thank you for helping the Ukrainian people who you are housing. I hope my donation helps them in some way.
This is from Tony Backus. He couldn’t get this app to work on his phone.
Thanks for your generosity in helping the refugees from Ukraine, Adam!
