Dear All,

Due to upcoming Easter, FCC Risk Management (FCC RM) Team would like to invite all CoE employees for the EGG Hunt event that will take place on 20th of March on 27th floor.

To celebrate this time and bring some smile to your faces FCC RM Team decided to organize this special activity . The event will be connected with charity found raising for the project dedicated to Elderly people called “Zawieszony obiad /Suspended Meal” (which was supported by us in the past during one of the Cake Fairs”. More information can be found here: https://www.zawieszonyobiad.org.pl/

Event details:

When: the 20th of March 2024; from 11:30 to 12:30; the final lottery at 14:30.

Where: the 27th floor – public area (including the kitchen) excluding all conference rooms on the floor – there will be dedicated spaces for the hunting purpose.

How: Interested people will need to buy a ticket (or a few, there is no limit to the number of tickets purchased) from the FCC RM team member that will be waiting on the 27th floor from 9:00 till 11:30. After that you’ll receive a basket for collecting the eggs. You need to keep you tickets with you for that time. From 11:30 to 12:30 you will have the time to find as many hidden eggs as possible. After an hour or sooner, you will come back to us to count the eggs and place your tickets in the bowl.

Rules:

1. This is for fun and celebrating time together please be mindful of each other!!!

2. Event is also dedicated to support elderly people by buying them dinner. The more tickets you buy, the more we’ll be able to donate!!!

3. You can buy as many tickets as you want, each of them will participate in the lottery. The cost of one ticket is 10 złoty.

4. Conference rooms will not take part in event – there won’t be any eggs hidden there. There will be specific areas marked where eggs will be placed.

5. There will be one person standing with additional sweets to win by answering questions related to Easter customs or doing some small exercises - the number of sweets will be limited.

6. Lottery and prize giving will start at 14:30 at 27th floor in 27.12/13 conference room.

7. All hunted sweets belongs to you !!!!!

Prizes:

1st Prize - Big basket of sweets for winner who gather most eggs

2nd Prize – Medium basket of sweets - lottery

3rd Prize – Small basket of sweets – lottery

Prize rules: One person can win only one prize. If she/he win the hunting event her tickets won’t valid in lottery, they will be placed aside if draw.
