Description
Anna niespokojnie pracuje nad realizacją projektu i zmianą życia dzieci w Etiopii (region Tigrai).

Build a school - help us build safe classrooms in Ethiopia
We believe that no child should be forced to study outside, or in a dangerous environment. If we give them access to a good education, children can escape poverty.
Across rural Ethiopia, many children must choose between getting an education and being safe. Without classrooms, they are forced to study under trees, in all weather. They are exposed to the elements, distracted, and unable to learn. For those who do have some shelter, it is often unstable, with holes in the ceiling that let the rain in, leaving children cold and wet, and ruining their work.
These kids are from Ethiopia. They are forced to study in an unsafe classroom, which has no protective shelter from sun, wind and rain.
"We would study under the trees or in unsafe classrooms. Since my school had almost no desks, it prevented many of us from concentrating in class." A teacher told Anna during her visit.
Selam and her classmates were exposed to the elements.
Intense sun, or violent rain, would disrupt lessons and make it impossible for children to learn.
We want to build a classroom block with offices, staff rooms, a store and a library so children can learn in a safe and productive environment.
I’m a masters student at Warsaw University of Technology and my friend Anna is a volunteer who is passionate in helping students (mainly children) in Ethiopia. I studied my primary school travelling for two hours in my foot no matter the weather is cold, hot or raining. I was successful in my studies. And now I feel I can bring change something in my community by building a school where children can study in their nearby. Anna is working restlessly to make the project real and change the lives of children in Ethiopia (Tigrai region). Help us to for this project.
