Mam na imię Gabi, 4 sierpnia kończę 38 lat i z tej okazji zakładam zrzutkę na mój urodzinowy prezent. Chciałabym w ten sposób ułatwić bliskim znalezienie dla mnie prezentu, a przy okazji prosić o wsparcie obcych ludzi z internetu.

Półtora roku temu odważyłam się rozpocząć tranzycję. To była dla mnie ogromna zmiana, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę mój wzrost - 207 cm - oraz bujne owłosienie na całym ciele. Te czynniki sprawiły, że osiągnięcie komfortu w swoim ciele okazało się niezwykle trudnym przedsięwzięciem. Wraz z rosnącym wykluczeniem społecznym i dyskryminacją, znalezienie stabilnej pracy okazało się dużo trudniejsze, niż sobie wyobrażałam.

Zdaję sobie sprawę, że moja sprawa może nie wydawać się pilna, a wręcz trywialna dla niektórych, ale dla mnie pozbycie się owłosienia z torsu, pleców i pośladków przyniosłoby olbrzymi komfort psychiczny. Po konsultacjach w kilku salonach kosmetycznych, dowiedziałam się, że koszt usunięcia włosów z tych obszarów wynosi około 15 000 zł (około 1900 zł za jedną sesję, a potrzebnych będzie około 8).

Nie wyobrażam sobie prosić o całą tę sumę, dlatego chciałabym prosić Was o pomoc w stworzeniu funduszu na depilację tylko torsu. Sam proces usunięcia włosów z torsu to przynajmniej pół roku pracy.

Każda, nawet najmniejsza wpłata będzie dla mnie ogromnym wsparciem. Dziękuję Wam z całego serca za wszelką pomoc i wsparcie w mojej drodze do osiągnięcia pełnego komfortu w swoim ciele.

My name is Gabi, and on August 4th, I'll be turning 38. For my birthday, I'm starting a fundraiser to make it easier for my loved ones to find a gift for me, but also to ask for help from strangers on the internet.

A year and a half ago, I dared to start my transition. It was a huge change for me, especially considering my height - 207 cm - and the abundant hair on my entire body. These factors made achieving comfort in my own body an incredibly challenging endeavor. Along with growing social exclusion and discrimination, finding stable employment has turned out to be much more difficult than I imagined.

I understand that my issue may not seem urgent and might even appear trivial to some, but for me, getting rid of the hair on my chest, back, and buttocks would bring immense psychological comfort. After consulting with several beauty salons, I learned that the cost of removing hair from these areas is around 15,000 PLN (approximately 1900 PLN per session, with about 8 sessions needed).

I can't imagine asking for the entire amount, so I'd like to ask for your help in creating a fund for the depilation of just my chest. The process of removing hair from the chest alone takes at least six months.
