Drodzy Przyjaciele,

2020 jest rokiem cięzkim dla wszystkich. Lecz dla mojego przyjaciela, mentora Jha Vineet i jego rodziny - koniec lockdownu przyniósł wyjątkowo szokujące zmiany.

25 lipca, ich kochana córeczka Lily usłyszała diagnozę - agresywny, rzadki rozlany glejak pnia mózgu. Niestety, leczenie którego potrzebuje Lily jest niedostępne w UK i pilnie potrzebujemy zebrać środki na terapię dostępną w US lub w Szwajcarii. Terapia ta, to jedyna i ostatnia szansa dla małej Lily..

Koszt samego leczenia (bez transportu itd) wynosić będzie ok 350 000 GBP (1 500 000 pln).

Lily musi rozpocząć leczenie w ciągu najbliższych 10 tygodni, więc czasu na zebranie środków jest naprawdę mało.

Z całego serca proszę - wpłaćcie ile tylko możecie.

Dear friends,

2020 has been a tough year for us all. But for my former University mentor, Jha Vineet and his family, the end of lockdown has brought an unbelievable challenge.

On the 25th of July, their lovely daughter Lily was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer called Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). Unfortunately, the treatment she needs to help her fight DIPG isn't available in the UK and we urgently need to help her family raise the money she needs to travel to either the US/Switzerland for a promising treatment that could save her life.
