This fundraising campaign is to help our fellow families in Kyiv in surviving through the winter. Regular missile attacks on Kyiv critical infrastructure are causing frequent blackouts, but most importantly - problems with provisioning of running water and heating in this difficult winter time.

Some of the families (we were helping February through August in Poland) decided to move further to other European countries, some of them decided to move back to Ukraine.

Some members of families Surmai, Yakubovsky, Pilshchykova are now in Kyiv - women, children and men - organizing other people to survive winter, working with children, helping war veterans, serving in the Teritorial Defense. They are often without heating, electricity, running water or means to prepare warm food.

We are collecting funds to buy: gas heaters, emergency power stations, gasoline power generators, portable battery lamps and other devices to help those people (which we know and which we have been supporting in the past) get through winter in a bit more normal way.

In Kyiv, there are also internal Ukrainian refugees, running away from war which affected their place of living. We will be trying to equip for winter a flat for such refugees family from Zaporizhzhia.
