Od poniedziałku, 10 października, Rosjanie dokonują zmasowanych ostrzałów ukraińskich miast. Pociski wystrzelano w cele położone nie tylko na wschodzie, ale również w zachodniej i centralnej części Ukrainy. Tego dnia zginęły 23 osoby. 

We wtorek wojska Władimira Putina kontynuowały ataki. Rakiety skierowano m.in. w Zaporoże, Żytomierz i Mikołajów. W niemal wszystkich regionach kraju obowiązują alarmy przeciwlotnicze. 

Jak poinformował gubernator obwodu dniepropietrowskiego Wałentyn Rezniczenko, w obwodach dniepropietrowskim i pawłodarskim wróg uderzył w infrastrukturę energetyczną, przez co w wielu miejscowościach nie ma prądu.
