Z wielką pokorą zwracamy się do Wszystkich z prośbą o wsparcie w naszej niezwykle trudnej sytuacji życiowej.

Przez wiele lat działaliśmy na rzecz innych – wspieraliśmy i współorganizowaliśmy akcje charytatywne, pomagaliśmy organizacjom działającym na rzecz edukacji i ochrony dzieci, dbaliśmy o nasze wspólne dobro narodowe angażując się w liczne inicjatywy społeczne.

Zawsze myśleliśmy o innych pomagając im, nigdy nie myśleliśmy, że sami będziemy musieli prosić o pomoc.

15lat oszczędzaliśmy, odmawialiśmy sobie wielu rzeczy by wykończyć teren przed naszym domem tak, żeby dzieci nie musiały chodzić po błocie oraz zrobić płot, aby zapewnić dzieciom bezpieczeństwo w domu oraz podczas zabawy na ogródku. Aby sprostać wciąż rosnącym cenom musieliśmy dodatkowo wziąć kredyt. Nie braliśmy drogich materiałów tylko najtańszą kostkę brukową oraz najtańszy płot.

Miało być skromnie, schludnie, sucho i bezpiecznie, ale niestety stało się najgorsze - zostaliśmy oszukani przez nieuczciwego wykonawcę, który nie tylko wykonał swoją pracę bardzo wadliwie, ale także pozostawił nas z ogromnymi problemami i kosztami napraw. Wskutek jego działania doszło do licznych uszkodzeń, w tym poważnych szkód na publicznym mieniu oraz licznych błędów zagrażających bezpieczeństwu.

Nieuczciwy wykonawca wziął zaliczki za wykonaną pracę, jak się potem okazało wadliwie wykonaną. Opłaciliśmy materiały, które przez swoją niekompetencję wykonawca zniszczył i zmarnował, a wzywany do naprawienia szkód i błędów zniknął i już się więcej nie pojawił. Nie dość, że wykonawca prace zrobił wadliwie, niestarannie niszcząc przy tym materiał, ale w dodatku poważnie uszkodził skrzynkę gazową. Jest niebezpiecznie przechylona, zalana betonem w którym są niezabezpieczone rury.

Okazuje się, iż zużył więcej materiału niż to było konieczne, co naraziło nas na niepotrzebne dodatkowe większe koszty. W wielu miejscach nie wykonał odpowiednich warstw podłoża oszukując nas że to zrobił i że wykorzystał materiał wszędzie jak należy a okazało się że tego materiału tam nie ma (potwierdza to ekspertyza rzeczoznawcy).

Nie znamy się na tym, dlatego zaufaliśmy i powierzyliśmy te prace wykonawcy, który zapewniał o swoim profesjonalizmie oraz o dobrej ekipie jaka będzie to wykonywać. Zaufaliśmy wykonawcy a on nas oszukał. Nieuczciwy wykonawca zniszczył znaczną część chodnika publicznego, co również stanowi zagrożenie dla pieszych. Za uszkodzony chodnik Urząd chce naliczać nam kary na niemożliwym do wywiązania się przez nas poziomie ponad 600zł dziennie. Wykonawca nie stawił się na prośby i wezwania do naprawy uszkodzeń w tym publicznego chodnika, który teraz musimy naprawić na własny koszt. Jak się okazało będziemy też zmuszeni przejąć gwarancję od wykonawcy chodnika za ten uszkodzony odcinek.

Dodatkowe nieprzyjemności pojawiły się kiedy okazało się, że nieuczciwy wykonawca wynajął sprzęt budowlany (minikoparka, ładowarka) na czyjąś firmę, co naraziło naszą rodzinę na dwukrotną interwencję policji na naszej posesji, wizytę osoby, która otrzymała fakturę do zapłaty za wynajem tego sprzętu, a nie była wynajmującym a także cały szereg ustaleń, nieprzyjemnych sytuacji, telefonów i wizyt przedstawicieli wypożyczalni, która nie mogła odebrać sprzętu, bo wykonawca miał klucze do maszyn. A co za tym idzie niezbędne było wsparcie nas przez prawnika i kolejne koszty. 

Obecnie pozostaliśmy z totalnym bałaganem, rozkopanym podwórkiem, szkodami, błędami wykonawczymi i usterkami, które wręcz mogą zagrażać zdrowiu i życiu. Tych szkód jest dużo, ich naprawa jest kosztowna, trudno znaleźć nowego wykonawcę, który będzie chciał to poprawić. Praktycznie wszystko trzeba rozebrać, skuć podłoże. Przy szafce gazowej naprawa wymaga skucia betonu (fundament pod płot) na szerokość około 1,5 m i gł. 0,9 m, aby zlikwidować zagrożenie powstałe przez wadliwe prace. Skucie w tym miejscu jest konieczne i generuje duże koszty by to wyprostować, jest to niebezpieczne, bo rury nie zostały odpowiednio zabezpieczone i zalane betonem. To wszystko generuje ogromne koszty naprawy, które są wielokrotnie wyższe niż normalne wykonanie prac. Koszty na które już nie mamy pieniędzy i nie mamy już zdolności kredytowej, aby wszystko pokryć.

Mało kto chce się podjąć napraw, a jeśli już to cena znacząco rośnie, bo to rozbiórka, naprawa, wykonanie od nowa. Musimy też ponownie zakupić materiały, na co też nie mamy już pieniędzy.

Dochodzą koszty prawnika, który ma nam pomóc uniknąć kar za uszkodzony chodnik oraz za uszkodzenie i niezabezpieczenie rur gazowych. Wszelkie uszkodzenia i wadliwie wykonane prace musieliśmy udokumentować przez niezależnego biegłego rzeczoznawcę którego opinia potwierdza wszystkie fakty, któremu musimy już zapłacić podobnie jak prawnikowi.

Obecnie stoimy przed koniecznością naprawienia szkód, musimy ponieść te wszystkie koszty, które powstały nie z naszej winy. Koszty, które w ogóle nie powinny mieć miejsca i na które nas nie stać. Czujemy się bezsilni, wyczerpani psychicznie i fizycznie. Nasze oszczędności oraz możliwości kredytowe zostały wyczerpane, a dalsze finansowanie napraw i obsługi prawnej jest dla nas niemożliwe. Nie prosilibyśmy o pomoc gdybyśmy mogli poradzić sobie sami.

Sytuacja nas przerosła, rzutuje poważnie na sytuację naszej rodziny i zagraża naszemu bezpieczeństwu finansowemu. Nasze wyrzeczenia, oszczędności jakie mieliśmy straciliśmy przez nieuczciwego wykonawcę, w dodatku musimy spłacać kredyt jaki zaciągnęliśmy dlatego nie mamy dalszej zdolności kredytowej. To wszystko sprawia, że nie mamy innego wyjścia jak prosić o pomoc.

Dlatego z całego serca prosimy Wszystkich o wsparcie. Każda, nawet najmniejsza pomoc, będzie dla nas wielkim wsparciem i pomoże nam wyjść z tej ciężkiej sytuacji.

CHEATED BY THE CONTRACTOR – HELP US FIX THE DAMAGES AND AVOID PENALTIES!

With great humility, we appeal to everyone for support in our extremely difficult life situation.

For many years, we worked for others—supporting and co-organizing charity events, helping organizations dedicated to the education and protection of children, and contributing to our national good by engaging in numerous social initiatives.

We always thought of others, helping them, and never imagined we would have to ask for help ourselves.

For 15 years, we saved money, forgoing many things to finish the area around our house so that the children wouldn’t have to walk through mud, and to build a fence to ensure their safety at home and while playing in the yard. To cope with rising prices, we had to take out a loan. We didn’t choose expensive materials—only the cheapest paving stones and the simplest fence.

It was supposed to be modest, neat, dry, and safe, but unfortunately, the worst happened—we were cheated by a dishonest contractor. Not only did he do the job poorly, but he also left us with huge problems and repair costs. His actions caused numerous damages, including serious harm to public property and many safety hazards.

The dishonest contractor took advance payments for work that was later found to be faulty. We paid for materials that, due to his incompetence, he destroyed and wasted. When called upon to fix the damages and mistakes, he disappeared and never returned. Not only did he do the job poorly, but he also seriously damaged the gas meter box, which is now dangerously tilted and flooded with concrete, where unsecured pipes are buried.

It turns out that he used more material than was necessary, which incurred additional, unnecessary costs. In many places, he did not lay the proper foundation layers, deceiving us that he had, and that the material was used properly everywhere. However, an expert confirmed this was not the case.

We are not experts in this, which is why we trusted him and entrusted the work to a contractor who assured us of his professionalism and his team’s quality. We trusted the contractor, and he cheated us. The dishonest contractor also destroyed a significant part of the public sidewalk, which now poses a hazard to pedestrians. The city is threatening to charge us fines at an impossible rate of over 600 PLN (~140,24 EUR) per day for the damaged sidewalk. The contractor did not respond to requests to repair the damage, so we now have to fix the sidewalk at our own expense. It also turns out that we will have to take over the warranty for the damaged sidewalk section.

Additional complications arose when it was revealed that the dishonest contractor had rented construction equipment (a mini-excavator and a loader) under someone else’s business, which led to two police interventions at our property, and a visit from someone who received an invoice for the equipment rental despite not being the renter. This caused a series of unpleasant situations, phone calls, and visits from representatives of the rental company, which couldn’t retrieve the equipment because the contractor had the keys to the machines. As a result, we had to seek legal assistance, which brought more costs.

We are now left with a total mess: a dug-up yard, damages, construction errors, and defects that pose risks to health and safety. There are numerous damages, and the cost of repairs is high. It's hard to find a new contractor willing to fix everything. In fact, almost everything needs to be dismantled and the groundwork removed. Fixing the gas meter box requires breaking up the concrete (the foundation for the fence) over an area of about 1.5 meters wide and 0.9 meters deep to eliminate the hazard caused by the faulty work. Breaking up the concrete is necessary and will be costly to fix because the pipes were not properly secured and were buried in concrete. All of this generates enormous repair costs, which are many times higher than the normal cost of doing the work. These are expenses we can no longer afford, and we no longer have the credit capacity to cover everything.

Very few contractors are willing to take on the repairs, and if they do, the cost rises significantly because it involves dismantling, repairing, and redoing the work from scratch. We also need to repurchase materials, for which we no longer have funds.

On top of this, we face legal fees for a lawyer who is helping us avoid fines for the damaged sidewalk and for the gas pipes' damage and lack of protection. All the damages and faulty work had to be documented by an independent expert whose opinion confirms all the facts, and we must pay both the expert and the lawyer.

We are now faced with the necessity of repairing the damage and bearing all these costs that were not our fault. Costs that should never have arisen and that we cannot afford. We feel powerless, physically and mentally exhausted. Our savings and credit capacity have been depleted, and we cannot afford to continue financing the repairs and legal services. We wouldn’t ask for help if we could handle it ourselves.

This situation has overwhelmed us, is seriously affecting our family, and threatens our financial security. Our sacrifices and savings have been lost due to the dishonest contractor, and we must also repay the loan we took out, leaving us with no further credit capacity. This leaves us no choice but to ask for help.

Therefore, from the bottom of our hearts, we ask everyone for support. Any help, no matter how small, will be a great relief to us and will help us get through this difficult situation.
