Szanowni Państwo,

Dom Polski w Samborze należy do Towarzystwa Kultury Polskiej Ziemi Lwowskiej i posiada 33 letnią tradycję.

Od początku wojny w Ukrainie realizuje pomoc humanitarną dla uchodźców ze wschodu oraz stanowi ważne centrum przeładunkowe, przyjmując dary z całej Europy zarówno w siedzibie organizacji (Sambor, Ukraina), jak również w magazynie znajdującym się po stronie polskiej (Ustrzyki, ul. Kolejowa 3). Umożliwia to skrócenie czasu dostawy darów do minimum poprzez wykorzystanie korytarza humanitarnego.

Specyfiką działania Domu Polskiego są również bezpośrednie kontakty z organizacjami zgłaszającymi zapotrzebowanie na terenie całej Ukrainy np. szpitale, sierocińce lub centra pomocowe. Poszczególni odbiorcy kwitują odbiór towarów, a dokumentacja jest archiwizowana.

Obecnie grupa 20 wolontariuszy – naszych rodaków – pracuje nieprzerwanie od początku działań wojennych. Część z nich po stronie polskiej pracuje w warunkach spartańskich.

Proszę o wsparcie finansowe dla Domu Polskiego w Samborze, dzięki któremu pomoc dotrze do potrzebujących zarówno na terenie Ukrainy jak również Polski.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Polish House in Sambor (part of the Polish Cultural Community in Lvov) was established 33 years ago.

Since the beginning of the War in Ukraine the Polish House in Sambor has actively provided humanitarian aid to refugees from eastern Ukraine and is an important central depot for donations/gifts arriving from Europe. Other donation depots include the Polish Cultural Community office in Sambor (Ukraine) and warehouse facilities in Ustrzyki Dolne (Poland) at ul.Kolejowa 3). This facilitates delivery of donations in a timely manner taking advantage of the humanitarian corridor.

One of the main roles of the Polish House includes networking and provision of key contacts with organizations seeking assistance in the entire Ukraine territory such as hospitals, orphanages and aid centres among others. Receivers of the donations provide a receipt to confirm the pickup and this documentation is stored in our archives.

At present we have 20 volunteers (Polish citizens) who work relentlessly from the beginning of the War. Some of these people work in rough conditions.

We request financial support for the Polish House in Sambor, thanks to which assistance is provided to those in need in Ukraine and also Poland.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren!

Das Polnische Haus in Sambir gehört der Kulturgesellschaft der Polnischen Region Lemberg und hat eine 33-jährige Tradition.

Seit Beginn des Krieges in der Ukraine leistet es humanitäre Hilfe für Flüchtlinge aus dem Osten und ist ein wichtiges Umschlagzentrum, das Spenden aus ganz Europa entgegennimmt, sowohl am Hauptsitz der Organisation (Sambir, Ukraine) als auch in einem Lager auf der polnischen Seite (Ustrzyki, Kolejowa Strasse 3) . Dadurch ist es möglich, die Zeit der Spendenübergabe durch die Nutzung des humanitären Korridors auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren.

Die Besonderheit der Arbeit des Polnischen Hauses sind auch direkte Kontakte mit Organisationen, die ihre Bedürfnisse in der gesamten Ukraine melden, z.B. Krankenhäuser, Waisenhäuser oder Hilfszentren. Einzelne Empfänger quittieren den Wareneingang und die Dokumentation wird archiviert.

Derzeit arbeitet eine Gruppe von 20 Freiwilligen (unsere Landsleute) seit Beginn der Feindseligkeiten ununterbrochen. Einige von ihnen arbeiten auf polnischer Seite unter spartanischen Bedingungen.
