Z tej strony Bożena. Jestem psią matką Hektora, dla mnie najcudowniejszego psiaka na Ziemi.

Nie sądziłam, że kiedykolwiek będę zakładać zrzutkę, ale życie potrafi być przewrotne.

Dlatego, jeśli zdecydujesz się pomóc właśnie mi i Hektorowi będę bardzo wdzięczna.

Nasza przygoda zaczęła się 20 lipca 2021r. To ten dzień, w którym wiesz, że podjąłeś najlepszą decyzję życia.

Hektor jest buldogiem francuskim z Blusowej Krainy FCI, bardzo przyjaznym, kocha ludzi, psy, przy czym jest też uparty jak Kłapouchy. Podobno też, jest jednym z najbardziej wygłaskanych psów na Powiślu, ponieważ nie potrafi przejść obojętnie wobec nikogo.

Hektor jest moim pierwszym, wymarzonym psem. O rasie wiedziałam tyle co przeczytałam, usłyszałam od znajomych którzy mają buldoga francuskiego. Wiedziałam, że są obciążone genetycznie, ale mimo wszystko nie zdawałam sobie sprawy, że można chorować praktycznie nieprzerwanie teraz to już 15 miesięcy z 2 lat życia.  

Niestety w 2022 r., straciłam pracę, co przy wysokich kosztach utrzymania, plus ciągłym leczeniu Hektora spowodowało bardzo duży minus w naszym budżecie.  

Hektor w tym najgorszym dla mnie czasie, był tym dla kogo walczyłam, uratował mnie.  

Chcę zrobić wszystko co w mojej mocy, aby zapewnić mu możliwość normalnego życia. On nie wie co to beztroska szczeniaka, ma dopiero 2 lata a choruje już 15 miesięcy ze swojego życia.  

W czasie nawrotów choroby, Hektor nie sypia w nocy, siedzi biedny i się patrzy.  

 Wychodzimy kilkanaście razy dziennie, aby się załatwiał.  

Wiem, że jest wiele psów, zwierząt potrzebujących pomocy, dlatego będziemy strasznie szczęśliwi, jeśli akurat nam zechcesz pomóc.  

Poniżej znajduje się cała nasza historia, jak to się zaczęło, przez co przeszliśmy i przechodzimy.

Hektor jest pod opieką profesora Lechowskiego (po wielu miesiącach poszukiwań , mamy swojego dr Housa)

Hektor 5 kwietnia 2023r. przeszedł operacje układu moczowego, podczas której została wycięta cała ściana pogrubiona, wyczyszczony ze wszystkiego co tam się znajdowało, oraz zostały pobrane wycinki na mikrobiologie oraz histopatologie.

Operacja była konieczna, ponieważ leki przestały działać, Hektor sikał prawie samą krwią, piszczał z bólu, posikiwał praktycznie co 15 minut, pojawiły się ogromne problemy ze spaniem.

W badaniach wyszło, że Hektor ma ogniskowy stan zapalny, ociekający na naczynia krwionośne, wywołany chorobą autoimmunologiczną, do tego bardzo wysokie zakażenie 3 bakteriami oraz owrzodzony układ moczowy.

Aktualnie jesteśmy w trakcie leczenia po zabiegu.

Niestety na początku maja, pojawił się problem z lewą tylnią łapką, Hektor unosi ją podczas chodzenia.

18.05.2023r. W Hektora 2 urodziny, na zlecenie profesora Lechowskiego, byliśmy na konsultacji u ortopedy profesora Jacka Sterna.

Na wizycie zostało wykonane badanie RTG, które wykazało fatalny stan kręgosłupa jak również problem z lewym biodrem.

31.05.2023 byliśmy u neurologa.

Neurolog poinformował nas, że u Hektora w kręgosłupie doszło już do mineralizacji krążków międzykręgowych (L4-5-6-7-8). Stan kręgosłupa określił, jak u starego psa.

Natomiast wykluczył, aby ponoszenie tylnej łapki było od kręgosłupa. Dlatego czekają nas dalsze konsultacje u ortopedy.

19.06.2023 Przed Hektorem rehabilitacja, zastrzyki, naświetlanie laserem, aby zniwelować podnoszenie tylnej łapki oraz żeby uniknąć operacji na staw biodrowy.

Hektor jest z hodowli FCI bardzo często o to pytacie, nie uchroniło go to przed walką o zdrowie już od szczeniaka.

Przede mną jeszcze większa walka o zdrowie, mojej największej Iskierki. Takiego stanu kręgosłupa oraz biodra się kompletnie nie spodziewałam.

Początek naszej historii..

W wieku pół roku pojawiło nam się zapalenie ucha, spojówek, przeziębienie, problemy z gruczołami.  

Można uznać, że normalne przypadłości.  

W Luty 2022 pojawiła się krew w moczu Hektora, częste posikiwnie, zasikiwanie wszystkiego w domu, długie oddawanie moczu.  

19 lutego udaliśmy się na konsultacje, gdzie wykonaliśmy badanie moczu oraz krwi. Badanie moczu wskazywało na stan zapalny układu moczowego, wysokie pH, kryształy, wałeczki  

21 lutego wizyta kontrolna, skierowanie na usg układu moczowego, Hektor dostał leki  

22 lutego badanie moczu potwierdziło stan zapalny, dużą ilość kryształów, dwa kamienie przy ujściu cewki moczowej.  Po badaniu obyła się od razu konsultacja oraz został przepisany antybiotyk, suplementy 

11 marca, kontrolne usg, w które pokazało, że nie ma poprawy, jest tylko gorzej.  

11 marca wizyta u lekarza, skierowanie do nefrologa, zlecone badanie moczu, posiew moczu z punkcji  

14 marca wizyta u nefrologa z usg, ostry stan zapalny układu moczowego 

23 marca trafiliśmy z objawami otrucia, przez kolejne 4 dni, Hektor otrzymywał leki w zastrzyku oraz zostawał w przychodni na 4h na kroplówkę. Został wykonany cały kompleks badań krwi  

28 marca nefrolog zalecił terapię antybiotykową oraz suplementową  

Podczas przyjmowania leków, problem z moczem znika. Leczenie trwało 3 miesiące. W międzyczasie badania moczu oraz posiew moczu wykonywane.  

21 czerwca, 5 dni po zaprzestaniu przyjmowania leków, wróciła krew w moczu oraz pojawił się hot spot na prawym policzku  

11 lipca, wykonaliśmy usg u nefrolog, oraz zlecone zostało  badanie moczu, posiew, Hektor otrzymał doraźne leki, w tym antybiotyk. 

19 lipca Badanie moczu wyszło jak u zdrowego psa, natomiast w posiewie wykryte zostały cztery bakterie w tym jedna z płuc.  

Nefrolog zalecił, przyjmowanie przez Hektora 10 zastrzyków, które stosuje się m.in. dla trzody chlewnej.  

02 sierpnia  Badania wzbudziło moje podejrzenia, dlatego udałam się z nimi do innego lekarza z polecenia.  

Lekarz podważył wiarygodność tych badań, zlecił powtórzenie w innym laboratorium.  

Badania powtórzone, maiły zupełne inne wyniki, stan zapalny w moczu oraz dwie wcześniejsze bakterie w moczu.  

Zastrzyki na bakterię z płuc, której finalnie nie miał, mogłyby tylko mieć dramatyczny skutek u tak młodego psa.  

05 sierpnia zostało znów wykonane badanie moczu, które nadal potwierdzało utrzymujący się stan zapalny, kryształy wałeczki, wysokie pH 

11 sierpnia wykonaliśmy badanie usg ( trafiliśmy do świetnego specjalisty dr Marciński, polecam. Bardzo rzetelny lekarz, jeśli chodzi o wykonanie usg to tylko u tego lekarza)  

Usg niestety potwierdziło ostre zapalenie układu moczowego.  

12 sierpnia zostało zastosowana terapia antybiotykiem, tym razem z apteki Biseptolem.  

Leczenie trwało miesiąc. Pod odstawieniu leków, w ciągu 3 dni pojawiła się krew w moczu  

15 września wykonaliśmy ponownie badanie moczu, wynik jak w poprzednich, stan zapalny.  

Ponowne leczenie Biseptolem – dwa tygodnie.  

10 października wykonaliśmy usg jamy brzusznej oraz usg układu moczowego – ostre zapalenie żołądka oraz układu moczowego  

Przez kolejne 7 dni, przyjmowane leki w zastrzykach.  

Wykonane zostało, również badanie krwi oraz posiew moczu  

20 października, pojawiły się nieustające wymioty, zlecone kontrolne usg jamy brzusznej oraz układu moczowego – wynik: utrzymujące się stany zapalne  

W posiewie 1 bakteria wyhodowana.  

20 października wizyta z wynikami u innego lekarza, również z polecenia ponieważ poprzedni lekarz był mało dyspozycyjny, a Hektor wymagał co chwila konsultacji  

Przez kolejny tydzień, jeździliśmy na przyjmowanie leków w zastrzykach oraz kroplówki, z powodu braku apetytu oraz Hektor nic nie pił. Następnie leki do domu. Kolejny antybiotyk do walki z moczem. 

27 października, doszło nam bardzo bolesne zapalenie lewego ucha, kolejny antybiotyk wdrożony.  

9 listopada badanie moczu, utrzymujący się stan zapalny. Krew w moczu powróciła 

11 listopada zalecona, tylko Furagina, żeby odpocząć od antybiotyku  

18 listopada, dopadło nas zapalenie grudkowe trzeciej powieki w obu oczach, konsultacja okulistyczna, wraz z badaniem oraz kolejny antybiotyk, tym razem do oczu  

07 grudnia większa ilość krwi w moczu, posikiwnie, zlecone badanie moczu, leki doraźne  

23 grudnia, wizyta z wynikami, znów przewlekły ostry stan zapalny układu moczowego, wdrożone nowy antybiotyk  

26 grudnia ( 1 dzień Świąt) - o 3 w nocy wizyta na nocnym dyżurze z powodu nagłych wymiotów, podrażnienie lekami  

28 grudnia kontynuacja leczenia antybiotykiem  

05 stycznia kontynuacja antybiotyku do 12 stycznia  

17 stycznia duże ilości krwi w moczu, kolejny lekarz nie zna przyczyny, ani sposobu jak go wyleczyć  

Zaczynamy od nowa...

Od września 2022r. Zmagamy się również z alergią, zmianami karmy, problemami z odbytem.  

Konsultowałam Hektora w 2022r. jeszcze z innymi 5 weterynarzami, żaden nie wiedział co może być przyczyną jego choroby oraz jak ją wyeliminować. W zamian słyszałam, że możemy zagrać Vabank i zobaczymy co będzie...

Koszty leczenia, badań, karm, dojazdów są aktualnie ogromne.

Przed nami:  

• Badanie moczu poszerzone  
• Posiew moczu  
• Cytologia moczu  
• Marfologia krwi z bichemią  
• Usg układu moczowego  
• Konsultacja nefrologa  - wdrożenie leczenia
• Usunięcie przetrwałych zębów mlecznych ( niestety zostały Hektorowi dwie jedynki) , badania do zabiegu, m.in. rtg, ekg, echo serca, kompleksowe badania krwi 
• Korekta skrzydełek nosowych i możliwe, że również podniebienia miękkiego, badania do zabiegów 
• Kastracja  

Załączony został, również aktualny widok jak Hektor oddaje mocz. Niestety podczas oddawania moczu, również wydzielina wypływa odbytem, gruczoły są podobno czyste.

From this side Bozena. I am the dog mother of Hector, for me the most wonderful dog on Earth. 

I didn't think I would ever set up a drop, but life can be perverse.

Our adventure began on July 20, 2021. This is the day when you know that you have made the best decision of your life. 

Hektor is a French Bulldog from Blus Land FCI, very friendly, loves people, dogs, at the same time he is also stubborn like Eeyore. It is also said that he is one of the most petted dogs in Powisle, because he can't pass indifferently towards anyone. 

Hector is my first dream dog. I knew about the breed as much as I had read, heard from friends who have a French bulldog. I knew they were genetically loaded, but still I didn't realize that you can get sick practically non-stop now that's 15 months out of 2 years of life. 

Unfortunately, in 2022, I lost my job, which, with the high cost of living, plus Hector's constant treatment, caused a very large minus in our budget. 

Hector, during this worst time for me, was who I was fighting for, he saved me. 

I want to do everything in my power to ensure that he can live a normal life. He doesn't know what a carefree puppy is, he's only 2 years old and he's already been sick 15 months out of his life. 

During relapses, Hector doesn't sleep at night, he sits poor and stares. 

 We go out several times a day for him to get settled. 

I know that there are many dogs, animals in need of help, so we will be terribly happy if you happen to help us.  

Below is our whole story, how it started, what we went through and are going through. 

Here I will write our current situation as of 18.05.2023 this information is constantly added in the news along with medical records. 

Hektor is under the care of Professor Lechowski (after many months of searching , we have our own Dr. Hous) 

Hektor underwent urinary tract surgery on April 5, 2023, during which the entire thickened wall was excised, cleaned of everything that was there, and sections were taken for microbiology and histopathology. 

The surgery was necessary because the medications had stopped working, Hektor was peeing almost sheer blood, squealing in pain, peeing practically every 15 minutes, and there were huge problems with sleeping. 

In the tests it came out that Hektor has focal inflammation, dripping on blood vessels, caused by an autoimmune disease, in addition to a very high infection with 3 bacteria and an ulcerated urinary tract. 

We are currently in the process of treatment after surgery. 

Unfortunately, at the beginning of May, there was a problem with the left hind paw, Hektor lifts it when walking. 

18.05.2023r. On Hektor's 2nd birthday, on the recommendation of Professor Lechowski, we were at the consultation with orthopedist Professor Jack Stern. 

At the appointment, an X-ray was performed, which showed a terrible condition of the spine as well as a problem with the left hip. 

On 31.05.2023 we visited a neurologist. 

The neurologist informed us that Hector's spine had already developed mineralization of the intervertebral discs (L4-5-6-7-8). He described the condition of the spine as that of an old dog. 

On the other hand, he ruled out that the bearing of the hind paw was from the spine. Therefore, further consultations with an orthopedist await us. 

Hector is from an FCI kennel you ask about it very often, it did not save him from fighting for health already from puppyhood. 

Ahead of me is an even bigger fight for health, my biggest Spark. Such a condition of the spine and hip I completely did not expect.

The beginning of our story. 

At the age of six months, we developed ear infections, conjunctivitis, colds, glandular problems. 

It can be considered normal ailments. 

In February 2022 appeared blood in Hector's urine, frequent peeing, bruising everything in the house, long urination. 

On February 19, we went to a consultation, where we performed a urine test and blood test. The urinalysis indicated urinary inflammation, high pH, crystals, rollers 

February 21 follow-up visit, referral for urinary tract ultrasound, Hector received medication 

February 22 urinalysis confirmed inflammation, a large number of crystals, two stones at the urethral outlet. After the examination, there was an immediate consultation and was prescribed antibiotics, supplements 

March 11, a follow-up ultrasound, in which showed that there is no improvement, it is only worse. 

March 11 doctor's appointment, referral to a nephrologist, ordered urinalysis, urine culture from the LP 

March 14 visit to the nephrologist with an ultrasound, acute inflammation of the urinary tract 

March 23 we were hit with symptoms of poisoning, for the next 4 days, Hector received medication by injection and stayed at the clinic for 4h for IV. A whole complex of blood tests was performed 

On March 28, the nephrologist recommended antibiotic and supplement therapy 

While taking the medication, the urinary problem disappears. The treatment lasted 3 months. In the meantime, urine tests and urine cultures performed. 

June 21, 5 days after stopping medication, blood in the urine returned and a hot spot appeared on the right cheek 

July 11, we performed an ultrasound with a nephrologist, and a urine test and culture were ordered, Hector received emergency medication, including an antibiotic. 

On July 19, the urine test came out as in a healthy dog, while the culture detected four bacteria, including one from the lungs. 

The nephrologist recommended, Hector receive 10 injections, which are used for pigs, among others. 

02 August The tests aroused my suspicions, so I went with them to another doctor on recommendation. 

The doctor questioned the reliability of these tests, and ordered a repeat in another laboratory.

Tests repeated, had completely different results, inflammation in the urine and two previous bacteria in the urine. 

Injections for the lung bacteria, which he ultimately did not have, could only have a dramatic effect in such a young dog. 

On August 05, a urinalysis was performed again, which still confirmed persistent inflammation, roller crystals, high pH 

On August 11 we had an ultrasound ( we went to a great specialist Dr. Marcinski, I recommend. Very reliable doctor, when it comes to performing an usg it is only with this doctor). 

Usg unfortunately confirmed acute urinary tract inflammation. 

On August 12 was applied antibiotic therapy, this time from the pharmacy Biseptol. 

The treatment lasted a month. After the medication was discontinued, blood appeared in the urine within 3 days 

On September 15, we performed a urine test again, the result as in previous ones, inflammation. 

Again treatment with Biseptol - two weeks. 

October 10, we performed an abdominal ultrasound and urinary tract ultrasound - acute gastritis and urinary tract inflammation 

For the next 7 days, received medication injections. 

Performed, also performed blood test and urine culture 

October 20, incessant vomiting appeared, with

October 20th visit with another doctor with the results, also on recommendation because the previous doctor was not very available and Hektor required consultations every now and then. For the next week, we went for injections and drips, due to lack of appetite and Hektor did not drink anything. Then home medicine. Another antibiotic to fight urine.

On October 27, we had a very painful left ear infection, another antibiotic was implemented. November 9 urine test, persistent inflammation. Blood in the urine returned on November 11, recommended, only Furagina to rest from the antibiotic On November 18, we got folliculitis of the third eyelid in both eyes, ophthalmologist consultation, along with the examination and another antibiotic, this time to the eyes

17 large amounts of blood in the urine, another doctor does not know the cause or how to cure it We start again...

From September 2022. We also struggle with allergies, changes in food, problems with the anus.

I consulted Hektor in 2022. with other 5 veterinarians, none of them knew what could be the cause of his disease and how to eliminate it. In return, I heard that we can play Vabank and we'll see what happens... The costs of treatment, examinations, feeding, commuting are currently huge. Ahead of us: Extended urinalysis Urine culture Urine cytology Blood morphology with bichemistry Ultrasound of the urinary system Consultation with a nephrologist - implementation of treatment Removal of persistent milk teeth (unfortunately, Hector has two ones left), tests for the procedure, including x-ray, ekg, echocardiogram, comprehensive blood tests Correction of the nasal wings and possibly also the soft palate, examinations for treatments Castration Attached is also the current view of Hector urinating. Unfortunately, during urination, secretion also flows out of the anus, the glands are supposedly clean.
