Jestem Maciek.

Od kilku lat amatorsko trenuje siłowo, głównie za pomocą Kettlebell w stylu HardStyle.

Przyszedł taki moment aby po 40stce sprawdzić się z innymi w kategorii amator.

Trener namówił mnie abym wystartował w Mistrzostwach Polski HardStyle Kettlebell 2024, które odbędą się 20 kwietnia 2024 w Ząbkowicach Śląskich, jakoś tak wyszło, że się dostałem. Będzie to jedna z największych imprez tego typu na świecie. 200 zawodników w kilku kategoriach.

Będę startował w kategorii amator 85kg+ oraz dodatkowej kategorii Masters dla osób 40+.

Obecnie trenuje sam co pokazało mi jak będzie ciężko w najbliższych 5 miesiącach przygotować się do zawodów w sposób bardziej Pro.

Jestem osobą, która całe życie stara się pomagać a dla siebie zorganizować wszystko samemu niestety sytuacja lekko mnie przerosła :)

Po namowie ze strony znajomych zakładam tą zbiórkę aby można było mi pomóc w zrealizowaniu marzenia. Jak dobrze pójdzie w amatorach to w następnych mistrzostwach chciałbym startować w kategorii Pro.

Na co wydam zebrane pieniądze:

• Indywidualny plan treningowy napisany przez fachowca
• Opieka trenerska - zajęcia indywidualne
• Opieka dietetyka (jest potrzebna bo wypadałoby z brzucha zrzucić parę centymetrów)
• Wizyty u fizjoterapeuty (potrzebne dla prawidłowej regeneracji i niedopuszczenie do kontuzji)
• Suplementy
• Prawidłowe odżywianie
• Koszty wstępu na siłownie/sale treningowe (nie jest to łatwy temat ponieważ jest niewiele miejsc z odpowiednim sprzętem i dużymi, ciężkimi Kettlami)
• Odzież

Hi,

I am Maciek.

He has been strength training as an amateur for several years, mainly using HardStyle kettlebells.

 The time has come to test yourself against others in the amateur category after the age of 40.

  The coach convinced me to take part in the Polish HardStyle Kettlebell Championships 2024, which will take place on April 20, 2024 in Ząbkowice Śląskie, and somehow it worked out that I got in. It will be one of the largest events of this type in the world. 200 competitors in several categories.

 I will be competing in the amateur 85kg+ category and an additional Masters category for people 40+.

Currently, I am training alone, which showed me how difficult it will be in the next 5 months to prepare for the competition in a more Pro way. I am a person who spends my whole life trying to help and organize everything for myself, unfortunately the situation is a bit too much for me :)

After persuasion from my friends, I am starting this fundraiser so that I can be helped to make my dream come true. If everything goes well in the amateurs, I would like to compete in the Pro category in the next championship.

 What will I spend the collected money on:

• An individual training plan written by a specialist
• Coaching - individual classes
• Dietitian care (necessary because it would be necessary to lose a few centimeters from the belly)
• Visits to a physiotherapist (needed for proper regeneration and to prevent injuries)
• Supplements
• Proper nutrition
• Admission costs to gyms/training rooms (this is not an easy topic because there are few places with appropriate equipment and large, heavy kettlebells)
• Clothes
