Mój ojciec uległ wypadkowi samochodowemu w 1995 roku. W wyniku tego zdarzenia miał rozejście spojenia łonowego i zerwane ścięgna w lewej nodze. Lekarze przewiercili mu lewe kolano aby biodra zeszły się z powrotem, ścięgna zoperowali, jednakże podczas operacji ścięgien uszkodzili nerwy stopy, kolano również zostało zniszczone. W tym momencie mój Tata ma na każdej płaszczyźnie zdeformowaną nogę. Po wielu latach jeżdżenia do nieodpowiednich lekarzy, stan Taty uległ pogorszeniu, nie tylko w sprawności fizycznej, ale również psychicznej. Ojciec doznał dwóch zawałów, popadł w depresję. W końcu nadszedł dzień, gdy dowiedziałam się o jednym ortopedzie, który jest w stanie Tacie pomóc. Dr Wojciech Jasek (specjalista plastyczny). Jednakże kolejki na NFZ do Dr Jasek były długie, więc zaczęliśmy konsultować się prywatnie. Zaciągnęłam kredyt na ten cel, aby móc Tate konsultować a potem zoperować i udało się. Tata jedzie na pierwszą z trzech prywatnych operacji do Warszawy już w poniedziałek 28.03.2022 r. , i liczę na sukces operacji. Jesteśmy w trójkę sami. Koszt tej operacji mogłaby ponieść ubezpieczalnia sprawcy, jednakże wypadek był 27 lat temu, sprawca nie żyje. Kontaktowałam się z rodziną, oni nie wiedzą, w której ubezpieczalni sprawca wtedy był ubezpieczony, więc wysłałam wniosek o przesłanie dokumentacji policyjnej, która prowadziła sprawę. Oni poinformowali mnie, że jest możliwość uzyskania kopii tych dokumentów, jednak ze względu na to, że minęło tyle lat, dokumentacja może została zniszczona i nadal czekam na informację w tej sprawię z policji. Ze względu na to, że Tata jest po dwóch zawałach, żadna firma ubezpieczeniowa nie chciała z nim zawrzeć polisy i tu również nie mamy co liczyć na jakąkolwiek pomoc. Raty kredytu zabierają mi niemalże całe wynagrodzenie o pracę, a Tata otrzymuje małą rentę w wysokości ok. 900 zł. Dlatego proszę, wręcz błagam o pomoc w dalszym leczeniu Taty. Na dowód tego wstawiam niektóre dokumenty związane ze stanem zdrowia ojca.

30.03.2022 - Tato przeszedł operację, udało się osiągnąć to, co było celem tej operacji, jednakże przez stan sercowy Taty nie mógł być uspany, tylko został znieczulony. Stracił sporo krwi, ale operacja się udała. Rozmawiałam z lekarzem prowadzącym, Tato przez zdefromowanie nogi, musi zostać dłużej w szpitalu, co wiąże się z kolejnymi kosztami.

02.04.2022 - U Taty zdignozowano zapalenie tkanek miękkich, ma podwyższoną temperaturę ciała ( 38,3' ) oraz podano mu antybiotyk dożylnie.

05.04.2022 - Podczas zmiany opatrunku, okazało się, że w stopę weszła martwica. Ojciec nie może wstawać z łóżka, noga jest na podwyższeniu. Otrzymuje dwa różne antybiotyki dożylnie. Na ten moment do dopłaty za pobyt ojca w szpitalu jest 10.000zł.

Doctors pierced his left knee so that his hips came back together, the tendons were operated on, but during the tendon surgery they damaged the nerves of his foot, and the knee was damaged as well. At this point, my Dad has a deformed leg on every plane. After many years of going to the wrong doctors, Dad's condition deteriorated, not only in terms of physical fitness, but also mental. My father suffered two heart attacks and became depressed. Mom divorced Dad, we were left alone with problems. Finally, the day came when I found out about one orthopedist who is able to help Dad. Dr Wojciech Jasek (art specialist). However, the lines at the NFZ to Dr Jasek were long, so we started consulting privately. And at this point the problems started. I took out one loan, then another, a third ... As of today, my debt is PLN 145,000. Dad is going to the first of three private operations to Warsaw on Monday, March 28, 2022, and I count on the success of the operation, but I was left alone with the repayments. Loan installments are growing mercilessly, I can't sleep at night wondering what to do. However, I cannot go to work abroad because I will not leave my father here alone with my 9-year-old daughter after the surgery. The three of us are alone. The cost of this operation could be borne by the perpetrator's insurance company, but the accident happened 27 years ago, the perpetrator is dead. I contacted my family, they do not know which insurance company the perpetrator was insured with at the time, so I sent a request for sending the police documentation that was handling the case. They informed me that it is possible to obtain a copy of these documents, but because so many years have passed, the documentation may have been destroyed and I am still waiting for information on this matter from the police. Due to the fact that Dad is after two heart attacks, no insurance company wanted to take out a policy with him, and here we also cannot count on any help. As long as the loan installments did not grow, I was able to pay them off, now they have grown by 700 zlotys. The loan installments take almost all my salary for a job, and Dad receives a small pension of about PLN 900. Therefore, I am asking you, I am begging you for help in paying off my debt and for further treatment of Dad, which I took to save my father's health. As proof of this, I put in some documents related to my father's health. 03/30/2022 - Dad underwent surgery, we managed to achieve what was the purpose of this operation, however, due to Dad's cardiac condition, he could not be put to sleep, but was anesthetized. He lost a lot of blood, but the surgery was successful. I talked to the attending physician, Dad has to stay longer in the hospital due to his leg wear and tear, which entails additional costs. 02/04/2022 - Dad was diagnosed with soft tissue inflammation, his body temperature was elevated (38.3 ') and he was given an intravenous antibiotic. 04/05/2022 - During the dressing change, it turned out that necrosis had entered the foot. Father cannot get out of bed, the leg is on the platform. He is given two different antibiotics intravenously. At the moment, the additional payment for the father's stay in the hospital is PLN 10,000.
