Joanna and Dawid are devoted parents to five young children, with another little one in the way.

Despite their warmth and resilience, they face overwhelming challenges. Their family of seven lives in a tiny, one-room apartment (34 square meters / 365 square feet), struggling daily to make ends meet.

Dawid works tirelessly as a maintenance worker, and Joanna pours her heart into raising their kids, but they lack basic necessities.

Mrs. Joanna puts her whole heart into raising her children. She loves cooking and baking for her family. Mr. Dawid, in addition to his work, helps with household chores, and when he finds some time for himself, he enjoys doing DIY projects. He is the handyman of the family. He often helps neighbors, for example, by repairing bicycles with his son Daniel, who cherishes these moments with his dad the most. 

The girls love drawing and painting, and during the spring and summer, they spend time outdoors playing and swinging. The older children attend school. Once the younger ones go to preschool, Mrs. Joanna hopes to find a job.

 The family’s financial situation is very difficult. Any major expense is unattainable, purchasing more expensive household appliances requires taking out a loan. The current need to buy new corrective glasses for their daughter Weronika is being postponed because the parents cannot finance it.

Their immediate needs include a working gas stove (their current one is broken), new clothing for their rapidly growing children, and essential cleaning supplies.

With our help, they can have a chance for brighter, more hopeful future.
