I suppose that if you are here, you know my story and the feeltheworld.pl project. As you know, I am now traveling through Africa, it is almost the same route that storks from Europe take each year to their wintering grounds. But there are some storks that will never make this journey again. These storks are disabled, they found shelter in the bird sanctuary. They are looked after by the Albatros Foundation, which also runs the Bird Hospital, which I would like to support together with you. So this time my expedition has an additional mission. I’m on the way to help Bird Hospital that is situated in North Poland very close to my hometown Olsztyn. It is an important place for me, place where storks and another birds find help, place that you can support with me.

When my DR broke down many of you mentioned that can support me by donating some money to keep me ridding... Luckly I have still some savings, but I would like to ask you to redirect these possible funds to topic close to my heart.

I am working as volunteer with hospital for birds located in Poland close to my home town Olsztyn. We are trying to gather funds to save few more birds. My personal aim for Africa is to find storks from Europe that flown here for winter. I have seen already one on the border with Senegal and Mauretania Did not manage to take picture, but I hope I will have a chance for that more south.
