Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Beata and since birth, I have struggled with arthrogryposis, a condition that affects my functioning and independence. As a physically disabled person, I find it difficult to carry out daily activities and need the help of a carer. I use a wheelchair for longer distances. Every day is a struggle with pain, limitations, and lack of accessibility. Despite my physical limitations, I am an active participant in life, working remotely, studying and pursuing my passions.

During my visit to the Paley European Institute in Warsaw, Poland, doctors from the US working with the Polish team, they were determined that I urgently required surgery to improve the appearance and restore the functionality of my right foot. The surgery is scheduled for 22 November 2023 and is the only way to avoid severe complications and ongoing pain.

The orthopedic surgery, rehabilitation, caregiver support, and stay in Warsaw are beyond my savings and financial capabilities. The estimated cost of the whole process is about 150,000 PLN. The Anna Dymna "Mimo Wszystko" Foundation has given me the opportunity to collect funds from my sub-account. Therefore, I am writing to you to ask for your financial support in order to pay for the operation and the necessary rehabilitation.
