W sierpniu Eryk Borczuch dostał karę za namalowane na kasku logo Arai. Co najlepsze, karę dostał dlatego, że powtórzył "przestępstwo" zanim dostał informację o wyroku z zawieszeniem. W obu zawodach chłopak zarobił jakieś 300zł, a dostał karę w wysokości 1000zł! Nie słuszną karę zmniejszono do uwaga... 500zł +100zł za ponowne rozpatrzenie sprawy!
